A Short but delightful stay here at The Grand Hyatt
Pros:

This 5 Star Hotel is part of the "City of Dreams" group located within a short walking distance of the popular Cotai Strip. The location is excellent being nestled in amongst other 'high-brand' hotels. The room I stayed in was fabulous - large, spacious, gigantic bath inc. shower, 2 vanity sink units, very comfy large double bed. Top all of this off with a great view. Wifi is excellent. Electricity outlets available and coffee/tea making facilities. Very nice and accomodating staff. The food was nice with a great choice to choose from. This hotel benefits from a reasonably equipped gym. The spa, steam and sauna facilities are very good as well. There is also a large outdoor pool. There are frequent free shuttle bus services to take you into Macau. I would like to visit The Grand Hyatt again.

Cons:

Please remember this hotel caters for those choosing to smoke. Upon arrival I was mistakenly put into a smoking room. This was quickly rectified. They do have smoking and non-smoking floors in this hotel. Sometimes even on the non-smoking floor I still smelt faint whiffs of smoke residue in my room but not all the time.

朝食も種類が多く、美味しかったので、

So much to see and do in Macau, and our stay at the Hyatt made our visit extra special
Pros:

Reception & check-in was swift and the staff were very pleasant.
Our room was very spacious, luxurious and spotlessly clean.
The view from our room window was amazing, see the pics attached.
The restaurant that we visited was terrific, an extensive buffet with all offerings that we tried cooked & presented beautifully.
All staff that we met were so friendly & helpful.

Fantastic value for money, very good service.

Cons:

The only thing was the location, but that is due to my friends selecting, I would prefer to stay in a smaller hotel. But I cannot fault anything about it aside from noting it did take a very long time to get drinks delivered to the pool.
