Pros:

I stayed in a dorm in the hostel, the dorm was nice and clean and the bathrooms were also great. The farm is very pretty and has some great activities. The staff is super knowledgeable about coffee and also very enthusiastic, I did barista training with Juan and it was phenomenal.

A little paradise
Pros:

We stayed at the Venecia hostel and liked everything about it. The place was charming and we felt right at home. The hostel staff was so friendly and helpful all the time. The patacones workshop we did with them was our highlight. The place is calm and serene, perfect to hang back in a hammock, drink coffee and relax. They serve a very good breakfast. Unfortunately you can’t have dinner at the coffee lodge, only lunch. But the little shop has the basics (nothing refrigerated though).

Cons:

When booking on booking.com it was a little difficult to see at which property (hostel or hotel) you are actually booking a room. Also it would be great if they had little hooks in the ceiling of the rooms to make installing mosquito nets easier.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Hacienda Venecia fue un 10 en todo sentido. El lugar es hermoso, súper cuidado y con una energía especial que realmente invita a disfrutar y desconectar. La atención fue excelente, siempre atentos y con muy buena disposición. La comida, espectacular, y toda la experiencia en general estuvo impecable.

Los talleres estuvieron excelentes, tanto el de cacao como el de café, muy bien llevados y realmente enriquecedores. Además, el entorno es increíble, con paisajes espectaculares que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Sin dudas, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver y recomendar.

El paraíso cafetero
Pros:

Se encuentra en un enclave único, el personal es inmejorable y la experiencia inolvidable.

Cons:

La única pega que se puede poner es el camino de acceso que está en muy mal estado y tienes que estar muy atento al desvío desde la Autopista del Café. Pero para mí, personalmente, no es algo a corregir, sino un encanto más del lugar.

Pienso que deberían ser más detallistas con las comidas, por ejemplo al desayuno pan de masa madre o semillas, calentito, que sea de pueblo, chocolate autóctono...algo que te haga recordar la buena comida del lugar.

Estancia de ensueño

Todo, es como estar en un sueño, es una pasada de hacienda, es preciosa y con ella parece que te sumerges dentro de una bonita novela o serie. Tienen todo cuidado con muchísimo detalle y mimo. La cocina que tienen es deliciosa tanto en el desayuno, comida y cena. Las actividades con las que cuenta son súper recomendadas y amenas. El personal es fantástico y te hace sentir como en casa. Fue una estancia de dos días y una noche y se nos hizo corto. Realmente es un lugar súper acogedor, recordable al 100%. Nosotros estuvimos en la casa principal y es una pasada, pero pudimos ver el coffe logde y también parecía un lugar encantador.
