Pros:

Staff was very friendly and made us feel like home. I LOVED that lunch, dinner and breakfast were homemade food served everyday at the same time. We really appreciated this since we'd already been travelling for a couple of weeks before and being at Hacienda Venecia felt like home. The coffee tour and banana workshops were exceptional both in terms of content and interaction with the local staff. We were there during the western Colombia earthquake, unfortunately, and the administrative team personally took care from minute one that each one of the guest had a safe way to continue their travels after leaving Hacienda Venecia. We are so grateful for the personalized attention received during out time there. It honestly felt like home and really look forward to visiting again. THANK YOU to all the Hacienda Venecia team.

Lugar idílico, trato inmejorable, todo perfecto.
Pros:

Todo genial. Todo cuidado al detalle, la naturaleza que rodea a la casa, los cafetales, los animales, la comida. El personal maravilloso, en especial doña Teresa, su hijo, las chicas y Gilbert. Nos tocó vivir allí el terremoto y el trato humano fue increíble, todo facilidades. Os llevamos en el corazón.

Une adresse de charme dans une plantation de cafe
Pros:

Lieu d’exception pour découvrir une plantation de café. La chambre dotée d’un balcon est très agréable : oiseaux au réveil, observation des papillons. Un vrai plaisir ! Le tour dans la plantation est instructif et à faire !!!! Dîners et petits déjeuners pris sur de grandes tables permettent de faire connaissance et ajoutent au charme du lieu. Une très belle adresse.

Pros:

Lugar idílico para pasar unos días y atención impecable. La comida que servían las chicas estaba riquísima y la habitación + estancias limpias.

Cons:

Las actividades eran un poco caras y el acceso en coche es por un camino de tierra. Sin embargo, nuestra estancia fue muy buena, muy recomendable

Si vais qqui alojaros en la casa principal, el resto por el precio es carisimo. La cena justa y el desayuno tambien. La casa principal es excepcional

Que las habitaciones de la farm son carisinas por lo que son. Tendrian que ser mucho mas economicas. Cierran los porticones de la casa y no puedes salir a las zonas comunes des de 8 pm hasta 7 am

A beautiful and tranquil stay and fascinating experience learning about coffee and cacao.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hacienda Venecia coffee lodge and our Coffee Tour and Cacao Tour. It was very picturesque and relaxing and tranquil with birds and swimming pool and lots of areas to relax in. Walking through the Coffee plantation and seeing the Coffee production was fascinating! Our ( English speaking) Coffee guide Caroll and our Cacao guide Johann were both excellent. We highly recommend staying here!

Hotel con mucho encanto. Muy recomendable.

Hotel con mucho encanto, pintoresco, bien cuidado, limpio y con un atractivo natural que sus empleados se encargan de mantener muy en alto.
El personal muy amable, desde el chico venezolano de la recepción hasta el resto del personal y las cocineras.
La piscina y los jardines, impecables. El suelo es precioso y brillante.
La excursión guiada por la hacienda cafetera muy recomendable. El café muy rico!!!!
