Amazing stay whether you love coffee or not
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, food was delicious, the accommodation was fantastic with a unique style and great common areas including a pool for relaxing. The coffee tour was exceptional - highly recommended for beginners or experts alike.

A beautiful and tranquil stay and fascinating experience learning about coffee and cacao.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hacienda Venecia coffee lodge and our Coffee Tour and Cacao Tour. It was very picturesque and relaxing and tranquil with birds and swimming pool and lots of areas to relax in. Walking through the Coffee plantation and seeing the Coffee production was fascinating! Our ( English speaking) Coffee guide Caroll and our Cacao guide Johann were both excellent. We highly recommend staying here!

Hotel con mucho encanto. Muy recomendable.

Hotel con mucho encanto, pintoresco, bien cuidado, limpio y con un atractivo natural que sus empleados se encargan de mantener muy en alto.
El personal muy amable, desde el chico venezolano de la recepción hasta el resto del personal y las cocineras.
La piscina y los jardines, impecables. El suelo es precioso y brillante.
La excursión guiada por la hacienda cafetera muy recomendable. El café muy rico!!!!

Schönes Hotel auf dem Land mit regionalen Flair

Das Hotel ist Teil einer produzierenden Kaffee- Hacienda. Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Installationen ebenfalls. Das Frühstück und die anderen Mahlzeiten sind regional und sehr gut. Ich habe an zwei interessenten und informativen Workshops teilgenommen. Wer die Ruhe liebt, sollte die Wochenenden und Feiertage meiden.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit den Gästen sollte verbessert werden. Der Gast muss wissen (besonders wenn er allein reist), dass das Gelände zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt am Nachmittag oder frühen Abend geschlossen wird, um nicht ausgesperrt zu werden. Auch wäre es schön, wenn das Personal beim Tragen des Gepäcks helfen würde.

Difícil describir tanta belleza, instalaciones muy bien conservadas pese al costo de mantener hacienda sin modificar su originalidad, tour del café imprescindible, comida muy buena y personal muy amable
