It's my go to hotel in Riyadh and I feel very comfortable there in general. Everything suits my business and personal needs.
An insane incident happened to me there, I was in my room and suddenly a lady checks in in to the room and enters, we both had to scream and were totally shocked. It was a total embarrassment; they checked her in into my room. Crazy and totally unprofessional. Mistakes happen but then when we approached the staff at the reception, one person was very rude and started belittling the incident, he was the reception supervisor and he was kind of telling me to shake it off, what the actual hell!!! The reception manager was very professional and promised to take action. this cannot happen. I spent the night thinking people will come in into the room out. how do you work with that? I love Alma hotel and don't want to end my visits, I became familiar with everyone, but this is lethal mistake. It was a lady and in Riyadh these things are sacred and against social norms. My company sends us employees to Alma to spend more than 60 nights per year due our business there, we are seriously considering what to do now. We need a commitment from the management about the standard of service. no one bothered to step in yet

هذه كانت إقامتي رقم 11 في هذا الفندق، وأعتقد أن ذلك وحده يعكس مدى رضاي وثقتي بالمكان.
موقع الفندق ممتاز، والغرف نظيفة ومريحة، ومستوى الفخامة والخدمة رائع مقارنة بالأسعار و عندهم خدمة صف السيارات. اكثر ما عجبني هو أن طاقم العمل يتعامل باحترافية عالية ويحرص على راحة النزلاء وتلبية احتياجاتهم.
وأود أن أخص بالشكر الأستاذ سعيد الأنصاري على تعامله الراقي واهتمامه الكبير بالضيوف ، فقد كان مثالًا للاحترافية وحسن الضيافة.
حاجتين ما عجبتني بصراحة الاولى الستائر لا تحجب ضوء الشمس بشكل كافي و الثانية تاكد انك تسكر الباب لان اذا ما تسكر الباب تماما مافي انذار من يد الباب ينبهك ان الباب لازال مفتوح
