Rood and amenities were ok, but some irritating shortcomings.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but slow to arrive

Cons:

Very uncomfortable mattress - plankhard
Very loud music on saturday evening till 0020 AM.
Light in bathroom was not available.
Very luxurious jacuzzi, but non functioning.

Pros:

Location conveniently located on Thika super highway close to public transport

Cons:

Never have i ever slept on a more uncomfortable mattress felt like i was lying on the floor. Also my room wasn't cleaned apparently i was supposed to let them know it needed cleaning

Access to public places was good, very easy to commute, easy access to commercial areas

No breakfast was included in the package although that was advertised on the page

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast and every other food was nice. The location was nice too apart from the car wash next door which was a bit noisy but it was not a bad experience though.

Cons:

No wifi,no bathrobes,no getting in with drinks or foodstuff but what they sell is two times expensive,mosquitoes in the room.

Pros:

The Hotel was fine. The room was good. We had supper there, which was also good. I would recommend the Hotel.

Would recommend a restaurant (on 1st floor), turn right, first shop. Promotes 'Bee's. In the Juma City Mall. Good for Breakfast, and evening meal.

Pros:

Everything else was perfect to my expectations.
Its a reliable place.

Cons:

Bath-Tab wasn't working. Washroom Slippers/sandles were very sliperry.
