Pros:

Очень хорошо! Находиться рядом с станцией Киото, пешком минут пять. До достопримечательностей Киото легко добраться на такси или на общественном транспорте. До молла Аеон 10 мин пешком. В отеле качественные завтраки - европейская и японская кухня. В номере есть все необходимое.

We had very bad experience with our reserve because the staff did not want to help
Pros:

We had the worst experience with this hotel the staff did not offer help with the reserve and we had to pay more for room and breakfast. This hotel do not thing that they have to help the customers

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location literally five minutes from Shinkansen.
Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Restaurant also very good with the best beef burgers and fries!
Comfortable room and super comfy beds.
Lovely staff.

Great location, great hotel, friendly staff, good value for money.
Pros:

Great location near Kyoto station. Ice cold air con for the days when it was 30 degrees and humid outside. Staff were friendly and engaged, rooms were good and facilities like the gym were adequate for a hotel. Great place to stay and great value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast was a hit hit or miss. Breakfast stopped at 10am with last orders of cooked food being at 9.39am. Often we’d find stocks of non cooked foods were being run down by 9.30 so occasionally choices were limited.

Pros:

The property was very close to Kyoto railway station, making travel easy and convenient. The location is very perfect.

Cons:

I feel the room is not spacious. It’s very small. Even the bathroom is also very small for the family. It won’t be helpful.
