The property needs to sort out its arrangements with booking.com. Booking.com gave me a price including all taxes. The property charged me higher. I felt I was misled by Booking.com.

駅に近い、サービスや有名なホテルということで、料金は高めだが、別にここでなくてもよかったかな、と思った

個人的なことなので、ホテルに非はないが、ベッドが体に合っておらず、翌日から激しい腰痛になってしまった

チェックインした時、説明がなく、エレベーターに部屋のカードキーをかざさないと上がらないことを知らず、手間取ってしまい、フロントまで戻ってきくことになった
フロントの荷物置きが飲み物か何かで汚れていた
朝食ビッフェの席の一つがグラグラしていて、そこに座った客が途中で席を移っていた
馴染みの客のような人達とスタッフが話し込んでいる光景を何組か見かけた、それにより、朝食ビッフェの受付に人がおらず、少し困った　
支配人？のような女性が朝食ビッフェの時に、宿泊客に挨拶の声掛けをしていたが、声の掛け方が一方的なのと、わざとらしいのと、少し上からのような不自然な挨拶で(宿泊客は皆無視していたが)とてま不思議な光景に見えた、もう少し言い方を変えたほうがいいのでは？と思ってしまった

Una Excelente estadía
Pros:

Las habitaciones amplias para los estándares de Japón y elegantemente decoradas, muy limpias y bien mantenidas. El buffet del desayuno era muy completo y para ciertas comidas, había servicio personalizado. Todo el personal del hotel muy atento, servicial con amabilidad y cordialidad japonesa inigualable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente porque está a 80 metros de la Estación Central de Kioto lo que nos permitió un rápido y fácil acceso a los trenes y buses de Kioto pero sin el ruido y el gentío alrededor de la estación.

Gostei do quarto pelo espaço e decoração, mas faltou limpeza mais completa no quarto.

O quarto era espaçoso, novo e bem decorado.

Cons:

Falta de limpeza no quarto, entre a cama e a mesinha de cabeceira estava cheio de sujeira acumulada, pois fui pegar um abjeto que caiu ali e caiu na sujeira, no quarto somente tinha a opção de café solúvel. Peloapa me parecia um.pouxo mais próximo da estação, mas estava a 3 quadras, não era longe, mas não tão perto.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, which had around two hundred stores and places to eat. There was also a 7-Eleven near the hotel. We enjoyed the ropes in the room and the spaciousness of the room.
