Value for money only if all the above mentioned flaws are corrected. Otherwise, costly.
Pros:

Food was delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there. Choices and preparation was good. Location is very easy to access as it's on badrinath highway, and walkable distance from famous laxman jhoola ( 1km). Rooftop bar was good place to chillout in a pleasant weather. Bartender was a young boy from Rajasthan and good to talk too .Spa was good but can be improved.

Cons:

Water pressure and temperature in bathroom was medium. Whole night there were some ding ding sound from AC, may be voltage issue etc and no proper cooling, inspite of complaining about the same to reception.

Pros:

food was delicious and mouth watering
staff was very humble and cooperative
facility was neat and clean
cafeteria was spacious and team out there were accommodative

Cons:

from outside property needs painting
we booked 04 rooms and found two rooms slightly small in size as compared with other don't know whether team gave us worng room

Pros:

Location is too good, on main road. Easy to locate and drive in. Big property.

Cons:

Toiletries are non branded, with milk powder not of good quality. Only one restaurant at site for breakfast, too difficult to accommodate the guests.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to all the major landmarks of Rishikesh. The Citrus restraurant is really nice. I loves the dinner options there. The food tasted amazing. Staff very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room quality especially bed wasnt comfortable to the expected standard.

Pros:

I had to put my breakfast plate back when i was informed that my breakfast was not included , i had to return a fully loaded plate, even though even mid range hotels coasting between 3000/- to 4000/- typically offer complimentary breakfast, whereas v had paid 11100/- per day. It was a deeply painful and shameful incident in our lives in HOTEL

It was a great stay! The property is beautiful and clean, breakfast spread was amazing and the staff was very cooperativ
