Overpriced for the quality

It was a beautiful experience.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant had amazing staff and the food was excellent in variety and taste. The spa is lovely and the staff there are very accommodating. Absolutely no complaints, would stay here again without a doubt!

Cons:

Transport options to the main attractions including the ghats for Ganga aarti are minimal. We had to hire a taxi each time and it was expensive. There is no uber / ola service so it can get expensive to do sight seeing as we did not have our own vehicle.

Checking counter shsashank was making sure to create false info about hotel ..breakfast was spread was good but nit the taste . Room mountain view is partial mountains view not full direct view

Pros:

It's my favorite hotel in Rishikesh - Being my 3rd trip there. Room is comfortable, and super clean. Their restaurant is outstanding and staff at the restaurant hard working and pleasant.

Cons:

there was once specific staff at the main reception that didn't treat me well when I asked for help connecting on the Wi-Fi. He bluntly ignored me and attended to a person ( a men) that arrived after me, I complained to him and he just justified that the check out of that person was more important than helping me with. my Wifi issue. - which I had to connect once I had a class to attend in 3 min time.

Good stay with Parking
Pros:

The location of the property is good. It is little far from the ganga aarti place but close to many cafes and shops. The room is small but clean. There is no balcony. The view from the rooms is good. Staff cooperative. The have good parking. They have lifts so comfortable for senior citizens.

Cons:

Pricing is on the higher side. Food in hotel is expensive.

De kamers waren ruim en netjes.

Een veilige en comfortabele plek voor als je alleen reist.

Cons:

Het dubbel bed had 2 verschillende matrassen waardoor er in het midden een minder aangename overgang was.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, maar vroeg soms iets te veel voor bevestiging.
