Pros:

Pænt og rent værelse, med god plads, god placering

Cons:

Vi havde flere uheldige oplevelser.

Personalet ved poolen havde mere travlt med at kigge på telefonerne end at hjælpe gæsterne og gøre deres arbejde.

Vi betalte for laundry service, men måtte selv sent dagen efter ringe for at få tøjet igen, som skulle være klar klokken 9:00 men først var klar 23:30, jeg er ikke sikker på om jeg havde modtaget det hvis ikke jeg havde kontaktet receptionen, som i øvrigt var meget kortfattet og blev ved med at ligge hurtigt på så jeg skulle ringe igen og igen for at forstå om tøjet var klar.

Til sidst havde vi en dårlig oplevelse til morgenmads buffeten. Da vi var færdige med at spise, blev vi bedt om at udfylde et spørgeskema. Vi besvarede det ærligt, men fordi vi havde svaret average til maden, som ikke var dårlig men heller ikke noget specielt, løb en af tjenerne efter os og tilkaldte mere personale, og de ville vide hvad vores begrundelse var for svaret og virkede uforstående overfor vores svar. Vi syntes begge at det virkede meget uprofessionelt og ubelejligt at reagere på denne måde, og havde næsten ikke lyst til at vende tilbage næste morgen.

Great food, staff and location.
Pros:

Cons:

Toilets are a bit dated and dingy
We had 3 rooms on single occupancy and all the toilets wouldn’t flush properly
The house keeping came to clean the room, the cleaning rag was dirty and they used a plunger which spread toilet water everywhere and wasn’t cleaned properly

The housekeeping team did take this on board and cleaned the entire area with antibacterial spray etc.

Deepak was very attentive and great from the housekeeping team!

Pathetic stay experience.
Pros:

We were very disappointed by the stay, major issue is due to electricity tripping , there were too much tripping of electricity throught the day, which worsend thru the night with more than 40+ trippings which made the stay very very uncomfortable

No one sleeped properly , its totally wasted .

With such pricing of rooms they were unable to provide proper power backup..

We even talked to there senior staff available at night , around 2 am early morning , they were also helpless ....

We also asked for refund but no responseon that also, they r least bothered about customer satisfaction ...& comfort

Disappointed and bad experience
Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly.

Cons:

The front desk treated us as ordinary and put us in smoking rooms which had a tin sheet as the view through the back initially... However, they had better rooms and switched our rooms. But the new room had a strong sewage smells. I was uncomfortable and checked out a day earlier losing money. Actually it was a horrible experience for me.
