Cons:

I booked through Booking, but when I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. The staff was not friendly, I can speak Chinese fluently so somehow we manage it, but it was very frustrating, and no "sorry for the inconvenience". Even asking a common invoice in Chinese seemed "hard to do" for them. Pity because the location is nice, many restaurants nearby, very close to the train station. Pretty decent breakfast. Nice price for what you get.
