Pros:

Très bel hôtel, mieux que certains 4 étoiles… les chambres étaient propres et très fonctionnelles. Le checkin et le checkout sont très pratiques, tout est bien pensé. Ils offrent même the, café et petits gâteaux c’est vraiment appréciables et très bien situé.

Very nice Hotel and Restaurant.
Pros:

I liked the closeness to the Kloten train station and to the bus stop. I liked it that the staff was able to sell us 24-hour day passes to use the train, bus, and tram.

The restaurant was very, very nice. The food was very good.

Cons:

I didn't like it that we could not get a return train to Kloten from Zurich HB. We had to go to the Airport by train and then catch a bus to the Hotel. I know this is out of your control, but this is what I didn't like.

Pros:

Check in was very easy and fast, the room was great, easy walking distance to great restaurants. Neighbourhood felt safe to walk around at night. And it was 10 minutes way with public transport to the airport.

Cons:

Nothing really that stands out.
