Room was nice and wash room with the bath tub was great
Food was not nice. Flies were there and even tho we requested a fan they didnt care. No water served and no papaer serviettes were given.
Has a very beautiful view to the room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff also were very friendly.
More flexibility for the facilities
Need proper directions to find the location (board or sign mark)
Cleanliness should be improved. Special in dining area (flies and dogs)
Room and amenities was very nice, receptionist and the houskeeping attendant was friendly.
Dinner buffet was unorganized, within 10 minutes dishes ran out. Guests had to keep ask to refill and had to wait for the food long time. There was no fixed attendant to check the buffet.
Guests had to ask where is the desserts, where is the cutlery (cutlery also finished) (there was no forks at all) I don't know how you serve a buffet to the foreigners. no hand towels, upon our request they were provided later. Everytime we had to remind the basic stuffs at the hospitality industry.
Taste of the dinner buffet food 😒.
Hot & cold water dispenser wasn't worked.
However, next day breakfast buffet was organized 😊 ,hope they understood that almost all the guests were upset during the dinner.
Food handling staff must be trained well.

The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was fantastic, offering a great variety and excellent taste. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
Evening perfect and excellent
I recently stayed at Hiru Beach Resort and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The resort is stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly professional throughout our stay.
The food was delicious, with great variety and quality. The rooms were especially wonderful – clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. And the location is perfect – peaceful, scenic, and ideal for a relaxing getaway.
We will definitely be visiting again soon.

There was no milk in the room and the washroom didnt have an exhaust fan. There was a delay in staff service.

කාගෙවත්ම බිස්නස් කඩන්න හිතං දාන පෝස්ට් එකක් නෙමෙයි.නමුත් අපි වියදම් කරලා ,හොටෙල් එකක් බුක් කරලා යනකොට අපට වෙන අසාධාරණකම් ගැන දැනුවත් කරන්නයි දාන්නේ..ඊයේ මගේ අම්මාවයි (64),තාත්තාවයි,(75) ,තලවිල සාන්ත ආනා පල්ලි එක්ක ගිහිං ,කල්පිටිය Hiru beach resort එකට එක්ක ගියා hotel stay එකට.
මම යන අතරමගදිත් ඔවුන්ට කෝල් කරලා දැනුවත් කරා,සවස 5.00 වෙද්දි එන බවට,අපි සවස පහ වෙනකොට එතනට ගියත් 5.40 වෙනකන් අපිට room එක ලැබුනේ නැහැ..විනාඩි 40ක් අපි පුටුවක් උඩ.
හේතුව කිව්වේ කලින් කස්ටමර්ලා ගියේ 2.30ත් පහු වෙලාලු..2.30- 5.30 වෙනකන් කාමරයක් නෙමෙයි ගෙයක් වුනත් අස් කරන්න වෙලාව ඇති.
Rooms නම් ලස්සනයි,පිරිසිදුයි.
රෑ හතට විතර නාන්න ගියාම තමා අපි දන්නේ hot water එන්නේ නැ කියලා.ඒ ගැන ඇහුවම කියන්නේ දවස් දෙකක් විතර වෙනවාලු හොට් වෝටර් කොයිල් එක පිච්චිලා..එහෙනම් අපි check in වෙන වෙලාවේ අපිව දැනුවත් කරන්න තිබ්බානේ..මං තිස්දාහක් වියදම් කරලාත් වයසක මවුපියන්ට සීතල වතුර නාන්න වුනා.
