Rather find another more customer friendly hotel - They are plenty around ! i Have to come back soon

Cons:

I had two reservations ! - i request to be in the same room.
I sent a message and they didn't say nothing that i need it to move from one room to another-
I told the front desk when i check in - is there is a extra charge , no problem i can pay it ! But they were very negative ! Because i pay it from a website ! Who cares how i pay ! The point is to pay ! Any way ! They did help in the end but the feeling of not service was very clear !
