Relatively new hotel with nice rooms but overpriced for what it has to offer.
Pros:

This is a small boutique hotel with relatively new facilities and rooms. The location is excellent next to a university and many many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Cons:

The lobby area is quite tiny and guests have to pay a 20JD deposit fee that is refundable. The TV in the room works fine but I was not able to access any of the channels for some reason.
