It is a 3 stars max hotel.
Pros:

The staff, the location.

Cons:

The suit furniture is barely holding up, it's cheap stuff or needs maintenance everywhere.

It is not bad but definitely not a 4 stars hotel as well.

That applies almost everywhere, it is for sure not a 4 stars hotel.
