Hôtel propre et personnel aux petits soins dans l’agitation de Siliguri
Pros:

Le personnel était absolument charmant et la chambre était confortable. Après un voyage depuis l’Europe, nous étions contentes de trouver un endroit aimable et une chambre bien achalandée .
Le repas que nous avons pris au restaurant de l’hôtel était délicieux.

Cons:

Un bruit de ventilation provenant du dehors, mais des boules dans les oreilles ont effacé cet inconvénient

Superbe hôtel moderne avec piscine très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel à cause de sa proximité de la station de train où nous empruntions le petit train vers Darjeeeling; C'était un excellent choix. Cet hôtel est vraiment parfait. Hôtel moderne avec toutes les prestations : lits confortables, douche chaude..et surtout une super piscine que nous avons pu utiliser à notre convenance. Le petit déjeuner était aussi parfait, indien. Cet hôtel était tellement bien qu'au retour de notre expédition nous l'avons à nouveau réservé. Il est à 45mm en tuk tuk de l'aéroport et facile à trouver. Les employés sont très gentils. Je recommande !

Pros:

Everything is awesome! Thanks for your kind behaviour and wellness. The receptionist who checked us in was very cute, and it was great meeting her. I will definitely be going back next time—and every time after that—just for her. I would love to know her name; if it is at all possible, kindly provide it.

Decent place to stay, but reaching there was very difficult
Pros:

Good facilities, spacious rooms, decent breakfast

Cons:

Electricity issues, lift would stop anytime and you might get stuck. Further when the electricity goes off, the lift doors close so violently and the door sensors would stop working resulting in injuries
No taxis were willing to drop us this the hotel as road conditions were extremely poor.

We had a good restful vacation.
Pros:

Room size was good. Attached toilet also quite spacious. 3 separate, comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful location etc. Reasonably neat and clean.

Cons:

Gym is under WIP, contrary to what was advertised. Breakfast food quality and options could have been better. Breakfast sitting arrangement is poor.

Great hotel, staff are very good
Pros:

Stayed at the Autograph Inn twice - both rooms were excellent. The food at the restaurant was also very good.,

Loved it soo much we rebooked to stay again

The pool was the best feature by far … after travelling in 45c heat, it was a godsend..
