Cons:

On a demandé une chambre avec un lit double et je l'ai reprécisé dans mes demandes spéciales en précisant qu'on était en voyage de noces
Malheureusement, ils nous ont mis 2 lits simples collés et malgré des relances quotidiennes rien n'a était fait ce qu'on trouvait dommage pour un hotel de ce standing

Beautiful location and facility

Cons:

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and this was my second time staying there. Unfortunately, this time I stayed in the Hills Villa, and I was quite disappointed with the restroom. It was extremely small, and we could not even close the door properly, which was really embarrassing and uncomfortable.

Also, during breakfast, I wanted to take an espresso back to my room, but the staff did not allow me to do so. I understand that there may be hotel policies regarding this, but I found it disappointing, especially considering my previous positive experience.

Overall, I still appreciate the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests

Cons:

Merci d'entretenir la chambre bungalow numéro 4002, carrelage qui sonne creux, robinet bain douche détaché et une tâche au niveau du rideau.

Excellent would definitely come again for the SPA and the staff
Pros:

One of the best SPA I have visited, extra mention to Sondes who had the best massages. The staff was incredibly nice and up to every attention. By far the friendliness of the staff and the SPA made the experience unbelievable

Cons:

I think the buffet (except breakfast) could be better but my biggest downside were the room cleaners that were making a lot of noise everyday in front of the rooms, talking very loudly on the phone early morning not letting you sleep after 8:30am... Although I did let the reception know, it was never fixed and was an every morning issue. It is one of the reasons why we took the sea villa to avoid the hotel noise but seems like it wasn't the right decision
