Right on the lakefront
Pros:

Lakefront location was beautiful. Fresh trout for dinner was superb. Chalet was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in our room was convenient as we needed an early start.

Cons:

Road in and buildings around it were surprisingly bad. No signage even on the front gate.

Magnificent location by the lake
Pros:

Fantastic location by the lake with its own beach. Very spacious and clean rooms/bungalows. Checkout until 12:00 so we could enjoy the morning by the lake

The breakfast was good but fairly standard

Highly recommend
Pros:

Really nice interior, amazing view on the lake, fully and really diverse breakfast. With such big breakfast, you would not crave for lunch. All products local and fresh. Special highlight - Russian saun on site that can be reserved for your group only for 1,5 h.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

c’est très joli, l’accès au lac est appréciable, le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

petit bémol car c’est mal insonorisé, nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois par de la musique. pas 8 parce que le petit déjeuner n’est servi qu’à partir de 09h30 ce qui est tard pour organiser des visites ensuite

Great spot by the lake
Pros:

Great views, nice beach and accommodation.

Manuel was a great host, despite not being able to speak his language.

Cons:

Restaurant and bar closes too earlier. Not too much else in the area. 2 nights max is sufficient.

Las vistas desde el bungalow son preciosas, mucha tranquilidad. Pudimos cenar algo por la noche y el desayuno está muy bien, no es buffet, te lo sirven donde tú quieras.

Отличное место для отдыха на Севане
Pros:

Для отдыха на озере идеальное место! Большой домик, красивая территория, приятный персонал! Несмотря на прохладную погоду мы искупались. Вода очень мелкая возле отеля, наверное хорошо тем у кого дети.

Cons:

Очень сильно постельное белье и полотенца пахли кондиционером, мы сначала не поняли чем пахнет в доме, когда спать легли я еле уснула, невыносимо просто! После 2х ночей у меня пижама воняла так, будто бы ее там же стирали! Нужно сделать замечание прачечной.

Pros:

Это было чудесно! Прекрасный домик. Нам разрешили заселиться чуть раньше,тк гостей на буднях не было. Я получила огромное счастье. Вид шикарный,пляж тоже. Искупалась. Вкусный завтрак,просто и со вкусом.
Из того,к чему возможно нужно подготовиться. Что на Севане холоднее Еревана. Одежду теплую мы брали,пуховки. Но в домике было бодро! Не знаю когда включают отопление,наверно еще рано в начале сентября,но вечером и утром было очень прохладно. Мы воспользовались вторым одеялом с доп.кровати.
Вечером сотрудники разожгли костер) а какая луна и звезды.
Еще по поводу такси до отеля. Яндекс часто ведет по длинной дороге вдоль озера,она ужасна! Нам было неудобно перед водителем,хорошо довез нас поздно вечером. Одни ямы. С другой стороны,как бы дальше от Севанаванка,дорога намного лучше и быстро выводит на трассу. Про это лучше говорить такси.

Amazing resort
Pros:

The people were very friendly and made us feel most welcome! They also spoke good/sufficient English.

Pros:

Замечательное место! Мы отдыхали там "большой " семьёй, 15 человек народу. Заняли практически всю турбазу. И решительно ни у кого нет нареканий. Очень чисто, постоянно убирают. Вкусно кормят - обед или ужин мы часто брали тоже там же. Собственный пляж на Севане, буквально в двух шагах от домиков. Соответственно красивый вид прямо из окна/из двери. Очень ухоженная территория, розы возле домов. Персонал внимательный и предупредительный.
Словом- 10 из 10

Даже не могу найти недостатки!

Pros:

La struttura è in riva al lago, con una bella spiaggia attrezzata.
Il bungalow è davvero bello! Nuovo, moderno, comodo, pulito. Abbiamo usufruito anche della cena, molto buona, così come la colazione.
Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile.
