Il fatto che non puoi portare cibo e bevande dall’esterno è un po’ costrittivo.

A very threatening situation happened during our stay. After some problems (which I will mention in detail further below) we were forced to pay the whole amount for our 2 days stay immediately in cash at 19:00
We arrived there at 15:00. We felt further and further unsafe there with our two girls as there were no other guests in the resort at this time. We decided that we want to leave, but we were locked up inside the resort. The security guard, called the manager (Albert) and said to us he will come in one minute. Instead of this two other men in black jackets arrived. We were surrounded by 3 men and locked our girls in our car. We called an Armenian person we know trying to help us in this situation. After a very long time and several conversations / phone calls, which we mainly couldn’t understand (Amenian), we had to pay 50.000 AMD (117€) AND cancel the booking at booking.com from our side. OTHERWISE we could not leave the resort as security guard didn’t open the gate.

Now to the problems that arose during our stay:

1. When we arrived at the resort we were taken to a family bungalow that we hadn't booked regarding the pictures shown on booking.com. The man who took us there didn't want us to look around the grounds, which we did anyway. There are actually two family bungalows one the grounds. One has a rather nice view, as shown in the pictures on booking.com, and the other one is right next to the entrance, offering no privacy and a significantly worse view. Noisy construction and welding work was taking place right next to this bungalow during our stay. I spoke to the manager, and after a 10-minute phone call, we were able to move to the "nicer" family bungalow.

2. We were informed that we weren't allowed to consume our OWN food and drinks there, which is NOT stated in the terms conditions on booking.com. Under this condition, I would NEVER have booked this accommodation.

Das Abendessen war dort nicht sonderlich begeisternd und beim Frühstück war nicht klar kommuniziert wie es funktioniert.

The seating outside the cabin is a wooden bench which is not comfortable at all, you cant sit and relax outside your cabin.

There is no couch or a comfortable seating inside the cabin, if you want to sit and watch tv you have to use the dining table which is a pretty strange design.

The toilet was very small and with no shower box, if you use the shower the toilet will be filled with water where they left you a mop to clean it by yourself after you shower.

It was very difficult to deal with the staff as they don’t speak proper english and also because of their attitude.

Food was not allowed from outside but at the same time not everything on the menu was available!

There was a construction site where they are building a restaurant inside the hotel so the noise and smell of the welding fumes were really annoying.

Seemed very used inside (kitchen, floor etc)
They have been working in front of our doors at 22:00, turning on all the lights (the buildings have huge glass fronts, therefore super uncomfortable)
Whirlpool and Sauna only for additional money - but the whirlpool is on the veranda - therefore also no outdoor seating option on the terrace directly. Information about paid usage only was only sent via dm not before on the booking site (we would have taken another location)
Lot of dirt around the areal
Weak WiFi
No good sound / temperature proofing walls.
Unpleasant calls from the “front desk” asking if we understand Armenien and kept going even though we said no.

Из недочетов я бы выделил только отсутствие занавесок в верхней части домика. Из-за этого свет от уличных фонарей ночью и солнце по утрам будили нас, так как мы привыкли спать в полной темноте.

И совет будущим гостям: к сожалению, мы не последовали рекомендации отеля и не арендовали машину. Передвигались на такси, а его качество в этом районе, увы, оставляет желать лучшего. В следующий раз обязательно будем брать авто в аренду. В целом — рекомендуем!

As for the downsides, the only issue was the lack of curtains on the upper windows of the bungalow. The light from the streetlamps at night and the morning sun kept waking us up, as we are used to sleeping in complete darkness.

Also, a tip for future guests: unfortunately, we didn't follow the hotel's advice to rent a car. We relied on local taxis instead, and their quality in this area leaves much to be desired. Next time, we will definitely rent a car. Overall, highly recommended!

Pri prijezdu jsme se necitili uplne vitani(ale to je asi armensky standard). Snidane az v 9:30. Pokud chcete virivku, musite si ji objednat den predem. Neni dovoleno si brat jakekoliv sve jidlo s sebou - v kuchynce jsou pouze hrnky. Cesta byla plna vymolu a neoznacena.
