The staff were rude except for cleaning staff
The bed and pillows were rock hard so I would class it as dangerous
No one speaks English even though they have tourism signs

The property is very stylish and sleek looking, the location is close to the airport

Cons:

The room I had booked was outside on a busy main road, you can clearly hear outside noise traffic/ people talking whilst trying to sleep or rest from the rooms. The room was also absolutely filthy. Dust on EVERY surface. Nothing had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The sink was dirty. The floor had not been hoovered. Bathroom set up was unreasonably small. The finish of decor is not all the way luxury and not finished to a high standard. I’m assuming the rooms inside the hotel are better or a higher standard. But as I was only staying for a one night airport stop over it was fine. The staff was were very moody and no smiles apart from one young pretty girl who kept flirting with my partner and wrote down her number on paper and handed it to him! Very unprofessional. The room door had a problem twice and i was left stuck out and couldn’t get in. When the person from reception came to rectify the problem, she looked at me as if I couldn’t use buttons properly, very rude. Even though the very next day someone had to come and sort the entire system out as the battery had fallen out so there clearly was a fault! It’s an okay hotel but book a higher priced room if you do stay

Beautiful hotel and stay, would recommend, peaceful hotel aesthetically but surrounding is loud.
Pros:

All staff helpful and accommodating. Interior is beautiful.

Cons:

More outside chill out /seating areas would be nice here. Rather loud area, just to bear in mind. Lack of protein/meat at breakfast

Terrible experience, misleading listing, and unhelpful staff would never stay here again.
Pros:

Honestly, nothing. The stay was very disappointing from start to finish.

Cons:

The property is misleading and feels like a scam. We booked a suite advertised as having two beds, but there was only one, which was completely unsuitable for us. The staff did not speak English, communication was extremely poor, and they refused to help or offer any solution despite our situation. Very bad service overall.

Tolles Personal, aber technisch (vor allem Schallschutz) leider ein sehr schwaches Hotel.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich hervorragend. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sofort geholfen, als ich das Problem mit dem Lärm angesprochen habe. Außerdem war die Housekeeping-Dame im 3. Stock außergewöhnlich gründlich und hat sehr sauber gearbeitet.

Cons:

Die Schalldämmung im Hotel ist extrem schlecht. Man hört nahezu alles, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm macht. Besonders im Gartengeschoss fühlt man sich, als würde man draußen auf der Straße schlafen – absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
