Pros:

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę udany. Pokoje są czyste, przestronne i bardzo komfortowe, a obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne, dzięki czemu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Hotel jest świetnie położony, co ułatwia zwiedzanie okolicy i odpoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego pobytu i wysokiego standardu obsługi. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócę!

Personal foarte amabil dar din pacate degeaba....pregatirea acestora este mult sub nivelul decentului...la piscina am cerut un cocktail fara alcool pentru copil(8 ani) si din pacate am primit unul cu alcool....mancarea este de nivel mediu(comestibil....nimic special)

In sfarsit de luna iunie aerul conditionat nu a functionat deloc in camera pe perioada sederii(3 zile) personalul a ridicat amabil din umeri!

Minibarul arat execrabil si scarbos si nu raceste deloc!

Intretinerea hotelului cred ca tinde spre 0%

Atasez si cateva poze si las la aprecierea tuturor daca merita 500 ron/ noapte

Eu si familia mea sigur nu mai revenim....pacat de locatie

First and Definitely the Last Time I Will Stay in THIS HOTEL.
Pros:

Since the overall experience was extremely poor, I cannot say that I liked anything in particular. It is better to say that nothing made me happy to mention here.

Cons:

At time of check-in they informed me there will be no breakfast served. I had already paid for it. When I mentioned that money is paid, they said we will give you 50 Lei because of the inconvenience.
There is no lift / elevator and the room was at 2nd floor. So I had to climb 2 floors with all my luggage.
There was no drinking water in the room. The only choice is to use the mini-bar and cost of a 500 ml bottle is 15 Lei.
There is no tea / coffee making machine in the room.
The AC in the room was not working entire night.
And I did not have the energy to climb down 2 floors just to complaint and again climb 2 floors because I know they cannot resolve the problem in the night.
Basically, this was the worst value-for-money experience. Paying more than 380 Lei for nothing.

Na pewno do tego hotelu NIE WRÓCIMY
Pros:

W sumie hotel ok, ale na jedną noc - nic więcej.

Cons:

Basen z którego nie można było korzystać po 17tej - choć temperatura powyżej 25 st., w ofercie pisze że otwarty w czerwcu - nawet NIE MOŻNA BYŁO POSIEDZIEĆ czy poopalać się na leżakach -> DRAMAT. Materace kuźwa tak miękkie że szok 🤦‍♂️. Śniadania hmmm niby nie chodziliśmy głodni, ALE produkty najniższej jakości, brak chleba czy bułek - TYLKO pieczywo tostowe🤦‍♂️widok na magazyn w oddali góry
