GREAT VALUE AND SUPERB LOCATION
Pros:

Fabulous location.... clean and comfortable.... good value. Great restaurant nearby, Chez Micheline, on Place Carnot and lovely space right next to the hotel.

Cons:

No air con or fan... you need to keep the window open in the summer, ... . so it can be a bit noisy in the evening, being in the City centre.

A fuir si vous recherchez un hotel propre et convivial

La localisation de l'hotel.

Cons:

À fuir de toute urgence : les draps douteux et rideaux (tâches jaunes et trous apparents), et la salle de bain a les joints noircis par la moisissure, pommeau de douche entartré et traces de calcaire partout. Le mobilier, éraflé et branlant, devrait tout simplement etre hors d'usage. Bref, un taudis déguisé en hôtel.

J'ai immédiatement demandé un remboursement pour quitter les lieux. La réception a rejeté ma requête en prétextant une politique stricte de Booking.com, ce qui est un mensonge éhonté – je connais parfaitement les conditions d'annulation et un geste commercial était tout à fait possible en l'état.

Pour nous calmer, la direction nous a promis un changement de chambre dès le lendemain matin. Promesse non tenue. Il a fallu insister lourdement, faire un véritable scandale pour qu'on daigne nous proposer une autre chambre. Un manque de parole inexcusable et une gestion complètement amateur.
