Hotelli oli oikein sopiva majapaikka Wienin keskustaan tutustumisessa.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä lähellä raatihuonetta. Metropysäkki oli pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja edullinen.
Tänne voisi tulla uudelleen.

Cons:

Huone oli vähän pieni, mutta ei kuitenkaan haitannut lomaamme.

Na izbe chýbala kanvica alebo kávovar. Steny medzi izbami veľmi tenké a bolo všetko počuť.

Pros:

Staff eccezionale, posizione strategica vicino a metro (Rathaus), locali, market Billa e parco per ragazzi e bambini. Colazione buona.

Good quality for the price.
Cons:

No air-conditioning, just a fan on the ceiling which can only be operated when the lights are on, too.
The street itself is quite busy and noisy compared to its size and location.

Great Service and an Ideal Location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They also offer luggage storage, which was very convenient. They were responsive to messages and always understanding and willing to help.
The room was clean, housekeeping was done daily, and the towels were replaced every day. The double-glazed windows provided very good sound insulation from outside noise.
The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located: only a 5-minute walk from the U2 Rathaus metro station, around 10 minutes from Tram D, and about 7 minutes from several bus stops.
Getting to and from the airport is straightforward and takes around 40 minutes. (S7/REX7 train to Praterstern and then switch to the U2 line).
The location is excellent, close to both the 1st and 2nd districts. Most major attractions can easily be reached on foot. You can walk via Rathaus and the City Hall area, continue through the beautiful parks toward Hofburg Palace, the Sisi Museum, and Maria-Theresien-Platz (about a 25-minute walk), then continue along Kärntner Straße to reach the magnificent Gothic St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
The hotel also has an elevator, which is a plus.
If I return to Vienna, I would definitely stay at the same hotel again without hesitation.
