Manager lady promised me a refund and it never came.
Cons:

They state they are pet friendly but they aren't. The lady told me I'd get my refund back because I had pets, and I never got my refund.

The room was clean

Cons:

I've stayed at this hotel several times and not had an issue. However this time the room had bed bugs. I have pictures and video.. I checked out with bites all over shoulders and arms. I would like a refund. I was told to contact Booking.Com for this

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was okay, hallway needs to bee vacuumed more often.

Cons:

There was a lot of activity at 1am, someone on speaker phone in the hallway talking for about 20 minutes, until in went out to tell him I could hear hoods whole conversation. People in and out the back door to smoke, putting a towel in the lock and not using their key to get in and out.

It wasn’t that bad, you just can’t assume and judge people.
Pros:

The property was clean

Cons:

The staff was to judgmental. There was police present during my stay and the staff was not happy about that. Staff then look at me like I did something wrong and I did nothing at all. She said I was a headache for no reason at all.

You will have better customer service at the Post Malone Canes down the street.

Front desk customer service was awful. We tried to check in and were told that the entire state had a law that all hotels had a minimum age check in of 21. (This is untrue, my partner and I stayed in wendover with no issues.) Indian man at the front desk continued to lie to us and tell us that certain solutions to our issue would work and then changed his story. (Ex. Minimum age changed from 21 to 21 and six months, we would get a refund, etc.) he then became very upset with my girlfriend and proceeded to demand she leave the property, while referring to her as a man. When asked to refer to her with respect he refused and ignored her.

I also never got my refund :/

Too bad the mask doesn't keep her from speaking.
Pros:

I like most things about this place. I stay here often. Most of the staff is kind & efficient.

Cons:

Heavier set woman with medical mask that works the desk is SO RUDE! Always! Every interaction- without fail. Gets damn tiring.
