Pros:

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The cleanliness level was very high specially at the bathrooms as it has shattaf (the bidet shower) and this rarely in Kenya. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and they helped me to arrange my trips in Nairobi and the safaris. The room service was professional and helpful. The location is also excellent in Kilimani neighbourhood where everything is near by. Thanks for everything and hope to see you again.

Perfect for soli travelers.good location.
Cons;
Make reservation for 2 person,since there is no money differance.
That way you can have ur girlfriend check in without any extra money asked.

Cons:

Asking for +40 dollae for my double person deluxe room booking.
Just i pressed 1 adult instead of 2.
Not cool.

Ask for deluxe room tonbe exact same in photos.they dont put carpenter otherwise.i asked for same exactly in deluxe room photos.they made it.

Good stay overall
Pros:

I like the property garden as you enter the property and the overall look of the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like the breakfast at all. We paid for 5 days but only ate breakfast 3 times and we were disappointed each time we ate breakfast at the hotel. I would not pay for the breakfast. I would get some food outside of the hotel.
