Cons:

Posto molto sporco. La camera con "terrazzino" non è come può sembrare in foto, dal vivo è un balconcino molto piccolo al quale sono state messe delle vecchie persiane blu che coprono la vista della brutta casa di fronte a 1 metro di distanza... Tutto abbastanza rotto e fatiscente. Stanza piccola e brutta. La sconsiglio.

Quiet little room
Pros:

The location is quiet for Ho Chi Minh, as the building is in a side street and not located on a busy street. We had a little balcony which was nice. It was also good to have a communal kitchen.

Pros:

We stayed here for three nights. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced was a slight unpleasant smell from the bed when we first checked in. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Chất lượng với địa điểm tương xứng giá tiền. Hài lòng.
Pros:

Địa điểm gần ga tàu, sân bay, chợ, nhiều tiệm ăn ngon, di chuyển đi các quận đều dễ dàng. Homestay ở trong hẻm đối diện chung cư nhỏ, ở giữa có khoảng cây xanh nên từ phòng nhìn ra thoáng đãng yên tĩnh mát mắt. Phòng có giường rộng rãi, diện tích thoải mái cho gia đình nhỏ. Khu dân cư an toàn thân thiện. Nhân viên dễ thương.

Cons:

Phòng tắm bị hư quạt hút. Chăn, ga, bọc gối nên dùng vải cotton thay vì polyester, nằm bị tích điện và nóng bí. Không có thang máy nên nếu mang va li nặng khá bất tiện mang vác lên xuống cầu thang.
