Chất lượng với địa điểm tương xứng giá tiền. Hài lòng.
Pros:

Địa điểm gần ga tàu, sân bay, chợ, nhiều tiệm ăn ngon, di chuyển đi các quận đều dễ dàng. Homestay ở trong hẻm đối diện chung cư nhỏ, ở giữa có khoảng cây xanh nên từ phòng nhìn ra thoáng đãng yên tĩnh mát mắt. Phòng có giường rộng rãi, diện tích thoải mái cho gia đình nhỏ. Khu dân cư an toàn thân thiện. Nhân viên dễ thương.

Cons:

Phòng tắm bị hư quạt hút. Chăn, ga, bọc gối nên dùng vải cotton thay vì polyester, nằm bị tích điện và nóng bí. Không có thang máy nên nếu mang va li nặng khá bất tiện mang vác lên xuống cầu thang.

Pros:

We stayed here for three nights. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced was a slight unpleasant smell from the bed when we first checked in. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

Pros:

1. Nhân viên: các bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương, lịch sự và kiên nhẫn hướng dẫn khách khi cần.
2. Dịch vụ: mình ở phòng dorm, lưu trú gần 1 tuần tại sài gòn để công tác, so với nhiều khách sạn/homestay có dạng dorm thì giường ở đây là rộng nhất mình từng ở qua. Khu vực để Vali cũng khá lớn, và có tủ riêng cũng như góc làm việc nhỏ tại mỗi giường. Các vật phẩm dùng chung như sữa tắm, dầu gội, khăn giấy vệ sinh cũng đầy đủ. Có cả dịch vụ giặt ủi và hỗ trợ thuê xe máy.
3. Địa điểm: buổi tối đường ở rạch bùng binh có rất nhiều quán ăn hè phố mô hình quán nhậu, cũng có quán ăn như bánh canh chả cá hoặc bánh xèo miền trung, có quán nước cách khách sạn 300m. Tuy nhiên, cửa hàng tiện lợi thì có hơi xa, mình muốn mua đồ ăn vặt buổi tối thì hơi bất tiện

Khách sạn không có bán mì gói, hoặc các món ăn vặt, nên khi cần sử dụng cần đi cửa hàng tiện lợi, cũng khá xa nếu đi bộ, khoảng 1km

- Không gian yên tĩnh, phòng sạch, rộng rãi và thoáng mát, có ban công ban ngày nắng đẹp, có tủ khóa riêng từng khách. Phòng sắp xếp khá hợp lý. Bên dưới có chỗ để ngồi làm việc, wifi ổn. Nhân viên thân thiện.
- Vị trí sát trung tâm đi đâu cũng gần, phòng sát đường chính, đi lại tiện.
