Ein bisschen mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung vor Übergabe an den nächsten Mieter wäre wünschenswert

Lage, Größe, Geschirr und die Erreichbarkeit waren gut.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung als Ferienwohnung war nicht optimal z. B. Küchenausstattung recht dürftig (fehlende Lichtquelle an der Küchenzeile, keine Geschirrtücher, Vorhandensein von Besteck und Geschirr sehr minimalistisch) ansonsten kein Tisch (für Essgelegenheit) vorhanden, Garderobe anstatt riesige Schränke wäre sinnvoll gewesen, die Grundhygiene war nur suboptimal (Eier im Wasserkocher sowie ungespültes Geschirr vom Vormieter, Boden teilweise nicht wirklich gereinigt).

Es ist ein komfortables kleines, aber feines Apartment.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine kleine Küche und eine Terrasse, das gefiel uns sehr gut.

Cons:

Das einzige, was mich ein bisschen gestört hat, waren die Einzelbetten, aber bei zwei Nächten ist das eher ein Luxusproblem. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr feines Apartment.

the apartment is renovated, wo everything is super clean, the kitchen, the bathroom, nice hot water in the shower, good heating in the winter, nice furniture, the beds were also really nice. there is a paid parking in front of the house

The information is super unclear, the host does not provide information, you have to ask for everything, like which building exactly, like how to open the door, where is bathroom, the bathroom was even locked and we have to call her to know where is the key, or you need to pull the main door to be able to open the door, also we have to call her to get the code for the key. Also, eventhough the bed and the mattress was really nice, the pillows were terrible, like awful, I hop the host reads this message and changes it.

Zimmer und Räume schön eingerichtet!

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen, so wurden unsere von anderen benutzt, auch die Badvorlage.
Im Zimmer nicht einmal ein Stuhl, vier Betten, drei wären genug gewesen.

Insgesamt toll für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden und Familie!
Pros:

Hübsch an einem Platz mit Parkplatz, aber auch schönen Platanen, Bänken, Brunnen etc. gelegen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants / Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleiner Wochenmarkt direkt über die Straße. V. a. die Wohnküche sehr stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, die Zimmer selbst etwas schlichter, aber hell, freundlich und sehr neu wirkend. Balkone sehr einladend gestaltet (moderne Sessel, Hängeschaukel), aber von uns nicht genutzt, da wir über Silvester da waren. Angenehm: Aufzug + Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe über einen KeySafe.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft im Dunkeln haben wir das Haus eine Weile suchen müssen, da google maps die Unterkunft an zwei Orten angezeigt hat, die Angabe von Straße UND Platz in der Adresse war wohl verwirrend. Eine bessere Beschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen - für die nächsten Gäste: Das Haus rechts vom Osiander-Buchladen ;-)
Ein paar Ablage- / Hängemöglichkeiten in den Bädern wären wünschenswert. Etwas merkwürdig war die Überwachungskamera in der Wohnküche...

Very clean and modern. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfortable mattress. But pay attention, the apartment has a shared kitchen (for 3 room), we missed this info so were surprised, but it didn't spoil our accommodation. Everything was great.

Unclear terms of parking. The apartment doesn't have its own parking so you must be prepared to be deep in the local parking rules.

Ce qui est mentionné dans l'annonce et qui ne correspond pas tout à fait 1/ parking gratuit : on précise pas où perso j'ai pas trouvé, tous les parking autour sont payants 2/ pas de shampoing ni gel douche ni lessive: on est arrivé samedi soir tout est fermé ainsi que dimanche 3/ départ jusqu'à 12h, à 11h la dame a ouvert la porte de la chambre et le propriétaire a insisté pour la libérer quitte à rester en cuisine ☹️

La tele amb netflix, les instal·lacions, pis espaiós, ben decorat, amb totes les comoditats i molt bonic
