Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
In Valbona geht es primär darum, einen guten Startplatz für die Wanderung nach Theth zu bekommen - dafür ist das Hotel gut.
Das Zimmer war leider nicht praktisch eingerichtet.
Man tritt sich dauernd auf die Füße.
Im Bad keine Ablagen.
Frühstück gibt es frühestens um 08:00. Als Wanderer kommt man also frühestens um 08:30 los.
A beautiful hotel both outside and inside, giving a rustic wooden atmosphere, a convenient location in the village: relatively close to the start of the walking trail to Thet village and still within walking distance of other restaurants in the village. Despite the nice and smiling service, I was disappointed when the receptionist told me that a taxi to the start of the walking trail to Thet village would cost me 35 euros. In other guesthouses in the village, this service is provided free of charge by the owners of the guesthouses, although they are not obligated to do so. Of course, you do not have to do this favor in this hotel either, but 35 euros for an 8-minute trip is a lot, even if it is an off-road trip and especially when you are traveling alone.
The hotel has 3 more strange problems that I have seen in other hotels in Albania, apparently at such 3-star levels: There is no wall blocking water in the shower, so the whole floor gets wet there, right down to the toilet, and there is not even a mop to wipe up the water; There is no coffee at breakfast!!! This is an additional charge; There are no blackout curtains in the room, which means that you are already woken up by the sunrise at 5:00, so it might be worth sleeping with a blindfold in advance
Very good location and comfortable bed.
There were a lot of ants in the bathroom the next morning but none in the bedroom.

Very close to the start of several nice hikes. Nice room, good breakfast and coffee. Very nice people.
No shops nearby, nearest is a 30 minute drive. Not a problem if you know this in advance, just do some shopping in Bajram Curri, a town you will pass on your way into town.
The staff was very kind and helpful and the view from our room was spectacular.

Purtroppo la posizione della struttura è lontana e trovare una soluzione diversa e quasi impossibile. Le stanze arredate al minimo indispensabile.

Leider ging die Heizung nicht, weshalb es ein bisschen kalt war.
