Pros:

One of the best things about this hotel was the staff. They were all very polite, helpful and kind.They never missed an opportunity to help us have a wonderful holiday. Thank you to Karem and all of the team. The breakfast was also good and good location. We may come back to same place again when visiting Istanbul.

Cons:

Room could be in better condition, but overall the room was good.

Мы останавливались в Hotel Black Pearl с 31.08 по 01.09 и в целом остались очень довольны пребыванием.

🛏 Номер

Номер был довольно комфортным и уютным. Он небольшой, но для двух человек размещение вполне подходящее. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: кофе, чай и вода, электрический чайник, сейф, шкаф для вещей, Wi-Fi и удобные спальные места.

Ванная комната также хорошо оборудована: в душе предоставляются гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер, есть чистые полотенца и фен.

📍 Расположение и развлечения

Отель находится на достаточно оживлённой и насыщенной улице, где расположено множество магазинов — от украшений и одежды до различных сладостей и других товаров.

В пешей доступности можно найти парк, несколько известных мечетей, а также пройти к набережной, где приятно прогуляться, полюбоваться морем и выпить ароматный кофе с выпечкой.

Также отель предлагает своим гостям поездки на круизном лайнере — можно выбрать дневной или вечерний круиз. Цены показались нам вполне приемлемыми. Отель организует трансфер до лайнера и обратно после завершения поездки, что очень удобно.

Если же вы хотите самостоятельно выбрать круиз, на набережной также достаточно много предложений. Там можно найти разные варианты поездок и узнать подробности о программах и мероприятиях, которые проходят во время круиза.

🔐 Безопасность

В отеле используется электронная ключ-карта, поэтому посторонние люди не смогут попасть в ваш номер без доступа к ключу.

Что касается безопасности на улицах и в различных заведениях, советую быть внимательными. Не стоит сразу соглашаться на различные предложения от местных жителей и продавцов — лучше самостоятельно перепроверять информацию о местах, которые вы хотите посетить.

Также рекомендую иметь под рукой переводчик или хотя бы знать базовый английский язык, поскольку языковой барьер иногда может создавать сложности.

The location is very central and the staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The family room requires maintenance. The floor is seriously damaged because of a leaking airconditioning (you need to put towels on the floor so as not to hear the dripping). The bathroom has cracked tiles and the grouting is old and dirty. The toilet seat is loose. There are no bedside lamps and the sheets have holes. Furthermore, we got three towels for a family of five.

Our room was on the street side of the building. If you are a light sleeper, you will be bothered by the noise of the tram.

Great location, super kind and helpful staff, fine breakfast. It is a good option for Istanbul and good value for money.

Cons:

Trams just behind the windows (despite double-glazed windows mind that if you sleep lightly). Generally clean but some places could be cleaner (e.g. corners in the shower, aircon, curtains). Our room was quite old and not what you typically get and expect from 9-10 rating (maybe other rooms are better).

Ottima posizione nel cuore di Sultanahmet.
Stanza luminosa e arieggiata. Presenza condizionatore.
Staff super friendly e disponibile: portato valigie in stanza, comunicato con driver per drop-off e pick-up per aiutarci, fornito tappi per le orecchie e mediato con lavoratori notturni per cercare di ridurre rumori.
Colazione abbondante, orientata al salato più che al dolce.
Pulizia impeccabile.

Cons:

Scale ripide per arrivare in stanza, no ascensore.
Bagno cieco senza finestra.
Bassa insonorizzazione: rumori notturni causati da tram e da lavori in corso purtroppo hanno reso le notti un po' insonni.
Struttura un po' datata, ma compensata dal fattore umano cha fa di tutto per aiutarti.
Giudizio complessivo non può che essere positivo.

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji i fajnymi śniadaniami.
Pros:

Super śniadania, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. W pokoju było czysto i codziennie o tę czystość dbano. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Żeby dojść do windy w naszej części hotelu, trzeba było przejść przez wąski korytarz i schody, co z większą walizką lub dla osób z ograniczoną ruchomością może być uciążliwe. Z klimatyzacji trochę kapało.
