Pros:

Comfortable bed, working electricity

Cons:

There was rarely any hot water, when we complained about it we didn’t really get any help or solution. It was very noisy making it hard to sleep (thin walls, sometimes broken windows, we could hear everything from outside). Often times there was nobody at reception and it took a while for us to get any help.

O chuveiro é ótimo, as camas são muito confortáveis e a limpeza é ótima. O café da manhã também é bom, tem boas opções e a vista é linda!

La ubicación. Aunque debes subir la cuesta San Blas y puede cansarte un poco.

Muchas cosas.
Creo que en las fotos las habitaciones se ven con mejores acabados.
En mi habitación no tenía un lugar para poner mis cosas.
Al costado del hotel vivía una familia. La señora empezaba a hablar o gritar fuerte desde las 6am. Además, siempre arrastraban cosas. El olor de la comida también entraba a la habitación.
Cuando alguien del piso superior se duchaba, se escuchaba muy fuerte la caída del agua.
La zona del desayuno era muy pequeña. Poca comida, nunca desayuné allí por esos motivos.

Pros:

Excelente relación calidad-precio en pleno barrio de San Blas. La ubicación es ideal, a pocos minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas pero en una zona más tranquila y con mucho encanto. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, el desayuno está muy bien para empezar el día y el personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Destacamos especialmente las vistas desde la zona común y la comodidad de alojarse en uno de los barrios más bonitos de Cusco. Además, tuvieron detalles muy útiles para quienes hacemos excursiones tempranas.

Después de varios días recorriendo Cusco, Valle Sagrado y Machu Picchu, nos pareció una opción fantástica por ubicación, servicio y precio. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

It was just ok.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the Airport and tons of shops and restaurants near by.

Cons:

The housekeepers knocked once and then just walked in my room. No announcement. I was getting dressed. I hadn’t even been there a full day. Not sure why they were so eager to get in my room. Front desk clerks were kind.

Pousada cancelou minha hospedagem no dia anterior a minha chegada. Me causou serissimos problemas pois imagina você no meio da viagem tendo que procurar uma nova pousada, e os preços que aumentaram muito também. Além disso, eu ainda que tive que pedir o cancelamento.

Imagina se você esta sem Internet, chega na pousada as 23h e descobre que sua reserva foi cancelada?

Enfim... NÃO recomendo!
