Excellent location in Cuzco. Manage your extra services on your own
Pros:

Great location, clean, warm water.

Cons:

Nice view from the terrasse, but freezing cold! Even the butter could not be spread on the bread ! ;-)
The laundry service is cheap, but leaves loads of stains and soap powder on the clothes.
An offer to provide food on an early leave instead of having breakfast was eventually not prepared.

Excellent location, great breakfast, good views and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location just off San Blas Plaza
Fantastic roof top terrace views from the breakfast area.
Excellent breakfast with coffee, eggs, fruit, toast, cereal and yoghurt included
Tea available throughout the day
Heaters in the room for those cold Cusco nights

They made us a pack up for breakfast when we had a 5am tour pick up.

Hôtel sympa mais chambre avec vue sur la montagne à absolument évité !!!

L'emplacement dans le quartier est bon, la chambre est propre et la vue au petit déjeuner est sympa.

Cons:

J'ai pensé en mettant un peu plus d'argent pour avoir la chambre avec vu sur la ville nous faire plaisir mais en la découvrant je suis tombé de haut ...
La chambre n'a pas une vu sur la ville mais une fenêtre qui donne directement sur la salle de petit déjeuner, mieux encore l'autre seule fenêtre de la chambre donne sur le couloir. Étant donné les isolations phoniques en Amérique du sud, dès 7h au petit déjeuner on pouvait profiter des meilleurs bruits de bouches des autres vacanciers. Du moins c'est pratique puisqu'une table étant directement contre la fenêtre on pouvait dormir en tête avec ceux qui mangeaient.
Bref une jolie chambre mais qui ressemble plus à un zoo où l'on peut-être vu de tous, niveau intimité c'est catastrophique et on est réveillé tôt par les employés qui mettent en place le petit dej.
Dommage pour le reste de l'hôtel est sympa.
Mais ne prenaient surtout pas cette chambre si vous voulez être tranquille.

Très bon emplacement, calme. Jolie terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et beaucoup de couvertures dans la chambre pour les frileux (+ radiateur électrique).

Cons:

L'eau de la douche est chaude mais si vous aimez brûlant, c'est plus difficile à obtenir.

Cons:

y stay was fine overall, but the receptionist acted as if taking me to my room was a chore. Later, when I said I couldn’t enjoy the included breakfast, they offered a takeaway option. Unfortunately, it was just a cheap mortadella sandwich and an unripe mandarin — a sad excuse for breakfast. Had to stay longer in Cusco but decided to go somewhere else.

Pros:

The biggest perk of this hotel is the hot shower with great water pressure and the space heater in the room.
Everything in the room was clean and tidy; housekeeping came every day, and the linens were excellent.

A special highlight was breakfast on the veranda with a beautiful view. There was a variety of fresh fruits and juices, bread, pancakes, jams, cheese, cold cuts, and cereal, and you can ask them to cook eggs for you.

Great location—a cozy, quiet neighborhood with a variety of designer shops and cafes.

The hotel also has a laundry service, which is very convenient after all those dusty mountain excursions

La atención del equipo de trabajo fue genial. Era como estar en casa, te hacían sentir muy cómodo y no había problema en hacer uso de los espacios del lugar. El desayuno muy bueno y podías beber te e infusiones a cualquier hora del día 😉

Cons:

Sólo que algunas habitaciones no tienen una ventilación directa con alguna ventana.
