Would stay again!
Pros:

Location was close to Shibuya square. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious for my family of 5 (all adults). The shower was amazing, and the amenities which included a washer/dryer, and iron were great to have. Check out was a breeze.

Cons:

Wasn't clear how to get more clean towels, we ended up washing/drying them ourselves.

Top stay in shibuya
Pros:

Location was a highlight. Rooms are very spacious for Tokyo standards - instructions are very clear. Elevator for ease of use. Great modern facilities.

Overall - minus check in process - very good
Pros:

Clean, great location

Cons:

Very confusing check in process - information is presented out of order so it was really stressful trying to figure it out - eg said you needed room number first so you know what floor to check in but room number not provided until after you check in. Also says you need 4 digit code to enter room but the only code provided was 6 digits. So lots of confusion.

Fabulous and would stay again!
Pros:

Excellent location. Right about a 7/11 so perfect with kids as don’t need to do a big walk to get a snack.

정말 너무 좋았어요. 1차적으로 등록된 사진과 오차없이 동일한 구조, 크기에 기대감이 충족되었고 웰컴푸드 + 준비된 어메니티?(다회용 생필품)을 제공해주어 즐거웠습니다. 전체적으로 청결했고 욕실도 너무좋고(넓고 깨끗하고 세면대가 두개나있고..🥹👍🏻) 벌레도없고 먼지도 적었어요. 따로 난방시스템은 없던 것 같지만 필요하지 않을정도로 적정온도였어요. 2층침대가 있어 어린아이가 즐거워했구요. 푹신푹신 침대도 좋아 잘잤습니다. 방도 넓어서 큰 캐리어를 펼치기에도, 식탁도 넓어서 간식먹거나 밥먹기에도 좋았어요. 숙소1층에는 세븐일레븐, 바로 1분거리 로손, 드럭스토어, 3분거리에 돈키호테라 진짜 좋아요.. 시부야에 올일이 있다면 이숙소에 또 묵고싶어요. 너무친절하고 체계적인 운영에도 신뢰가 갔습니다. 601호 너무 좋아요. 감사합니다!!

없어요!! 굳이 찾자면 숙소비가 가성비까지는 아닌 정도겠지만, 주변 편의시설과 쇼핑가, 역과 가까우며 좋은 퀄리티의 숙소라는 점에서 상쇄됩니다. 굿굿!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Loved the location.
Pros:

Location is amazing! Room is spacious and clean. They were very accommodating and allowed our family to check-in early.

Cons:

No staff on premises and cannot store luggage if needed.
