Hotel molto bello
Pros:

La struttura bellissima, pulizia impeccabile, la posizione centrale, camera nuovissima.

Cons:

La camera troppo piccola, ero da sola e non riuscivo ad aprire la valigia.

Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Tren istasyonuna da çok yakındı. Odalar tüm imkanlara sahipti ve her ihtiyacımı karşıladı. Bir sonraki seyahatlerimde de mutlaka önce bu oteli değerlendireceğim. Fiyat olarak da bence gayet iyiydi. Tek başıma kaldım ama oda 2 kişinin rahatça konaklayabilmesi için de idealdi.

Amazing Location in Ginza. Receptionist not good
Pros:

amazing location in Ginza. very clean rooms. it’s definitely worth

Cons:

pillows are hard like stones, I even requested softer ones, but they just ignored.

Receptionist was not helpful at all. I asked for 30/60min later check out, he just told me to pay 4000¥ extra. Not even trying to help.

Pros:

ライフスタイルホテルで、客室、ADDのクオリティは満足のいくものでした。

Cons:

ビジネスマンの滞在には、客室内に仕事ができるデスクがなかったこと、又、ソファー、リクライニングシートなどがなかったことですね、ですが、ホテル側の作戦として、1階のADDに、客室を引きづり出したい、ということで、ADDには、ソファー、仕事ができるデスク的なテーブルも準備されていて、そういう使い方もあり、と言う風に感じました。
