Brilliant for a 5 night Tokyo stay!
Pros:

Location and staff were great!

Cons:

Could use a better equipped gym. Much too small with very low ceiling and few weights. Simply adding even a proper cable machine and a chin up bar would make such a difference.

Pros:

Very clean, good location.

Cons:

Just before we checked out, we asked if we could get breakfast that morning, and the corral said yes.

Then he checked us out. And informed us we couldn’t have breakfast because we were now checked out, even though we asked before he checked us out and he had said yes.

Cosy, super clean and great location
Pros:

The location was incredible and very easy to see other parts of the city as is well communicated. The room was very nice and had all the facilities. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The room was a bit small and the bathroom was well integrated on the room. However the toilet was separate from the shower and sink wich was integrate on the room

The location was perfect for our Itinerary and the room was very clean

The shower was literally in the room. However it was very well integrated

Great location, helpful staff, very clean.
Pros:

The rooms are small but so well set out that you don't really notice. The check in is automated but the staff were there to help you through the process. We did a luggage transfer to Kyoto and the staff were great in assisting with this process.
