Solide und gut
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bus und Bahnhaltestellen, sowie ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind ein Pluspunkt. Wenn man Frühstück Bucht Bekommt man eine vernünftige Auswahl. Der gesamte Ablauf zum Check In-/Out ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Leider sieht man im Zimmer und im Flur, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und wohl eine Renovierung an diversen Stellen Nötig hat. Man könnte bei den Rahmenbedingungen schon bessere Modalitäten erwarten, da das Hotel auch nicht direkt in der Innenstadt zu finden ist.
Alles im allem ein grund solides Hotel was durchaus Potenzial hat.

We parked our vehicle in the hotel parking lot, which requires a hotel-issued keycard to access the barrier gate. The following day, we were informed that our car had been towed. The hotel staff claimed there is signage at the entrance indicating which designated spaces belong to the hotel.

I believe the hotel could improve its procedures to prevent guests from parking in unauthorized bays and facing towing. For instance, clear printed documentation should be provided at check-in rather than relying solely on verbal instructions. Alternatively, recording the guest’s license plate number alongside their room number would allow the staff to notify the guest promptly if a vehicle is parked incorrectly.
