Important information:

Parking at this hotel is for 18 € per night available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 2,05m and offers no e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception.
If you arrive by car: You can reach us via the A9 motorway, the departure and departure is about 1.5 km from the hotel. Keep left on the A9 and follow the signs Munich / Stuttgart / Lindau. Change to the middle lane and take the exit 75-München-Frankfurter Ring direction M.-Frankfurter Ring. Stay on Frankfurter Ring and turn at Nordring to reach the hotel on the other side.
If you arrive by public transport: From the main train station take the U2 direction Feldmoching to Frankfurter Ring. Change to the bus X35 or X36 direction Alte Heide and drive one stop to Schwabing Nord. This covered parking is right outside the door of our hotel. The journey time from the main train station is about 25 minutes.
The new bus lines X35/ X36 operate only in the north of Munich. This will get you quickly, e.g. to the Olympia shopping center or the Olympiapark (stop Oberwiesenfeld). It also shortens the way to / from the airport and the Allianz Arena.
The nearest underground (U2 / U3 / U6) is about 1 km from the hotel.
From Munich Airport (airport 29.5 km) it takes about 25 minutes by car or taxi to our hotel.

El desayuno era decente.

Cons:

En la recepción hay salas y esta completamente sucio atrás y abajo de los sofás con telarañas, creo que no barren hace meses. En el baño había pelos de clientes anteriores, las alfombras están completamente sucias con mal olor y manchadas. El personal no es amable. Un hombre alto con gafas en la recepción fue cero amable y se puso de mala actitud porque queríamos que comprara bebidas y yo no quería. Además tuve problemas toda la estadía con el internet y el dijo que era mi problema porque a él le funcionaba bien, nunca intentó ayudarme. Éramos 3 y nos dieron solo 2 toallas, el baño era extremandamente pequeño. Es lejos de la ciudad entre 25 y 30 min

Смачний різноманітний сніданок, приємний персонал, в номері було чисто
Pros:

В номері було чисто, не було неприємних запахів.

Cons:

В сильну спеку кондиціонер майже не працював, було дуже спекотно в номері. Відкривається одне вікно, і то не повністю, тому провітрити номер нормально не вийде.

Також ми жили в трохмісному номері, третє ліжко було як розкладне крісло, воно було зламане. Ми заплатили за три місця, але спали всі разом, тому одне що спальне місце було зламане.

Також при вході в готель, де розташовується ліфт, занадто сильно пахло освіжувачем повітря , в сильну спеку від такого запаху може стати погано.

Für Tages-/Wochenendausflug gut geeignet!
Pros:

Nähe zur U-Bahn Richtung Innenstadt & Allianz-Arena!

Cons:

Es wurden Zusatzkosten für das Parkhaus und ein etwas früherer (2 Std) Check-In verlangt (trotz mehrfacher Ankündigung und vorhandener leerer, gereinigter Zimmer)!
Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Parkhaus zwischen Matratzen und anderem Sperrmüll (aber sicher!)

6 hours overnight decent accomodation
Pros:

We only stayed one night and slept about 5 hours because we arrived at midnight. And we left early in the morning at about 6 AM. For these 6 hours i would say that we liked staying here. The room was clean and we had tea bags so we made tea at 1 AM, haha. The guy at reception was very kind and helpfull. Hot water for taking a shower. Overall a good experience.

Cons:

The beds were too soft. We thought we had a balcony because of the huge glass doors, but such a dissapointment, we could have enjoyed the stars at night.
