المميزات قريب من الحرم على الساحات وفيه باب لمصلى النساء قريب جدا/ موجود شاهي وقهوه وفوارة ماء والديكور انيق اما النظافه تحت الصفر للاسف الجدران والابواب والتلفزيون والحمام ولم اشاهد خلال اقامتي اي عامل يقوم بالتنظيف او التعقيم وكذلك الثلاجه مو بارده نهائيا ويعطونك كرت واحد فقط حتى لو كنا اكثر من شخص وهذا الشي غير مريح حيث يطلبون ان نضع الكرت في الاستقبال والذي يرجع للغرفه اولاً يفتح للبقيه عندما يعودون وفيه مراية الحمام فيها اناره الكهرب ملتمس ويطلع منه ريحة حريق وهي متعطله فقط يعطي اضاءه متقطعه وسلك الاستشوار غير امن والنجمه للموقع فقط اما النظافه وسرعة الخدمه فلا تستحق اي نجمه للاسف ولاتتوفر مواقف للنزلاء .. الفديوات والصور من تصويري بتاريخ 14 مارس 2026.. لاانصح فيه نهائيا الا للضروره القصوى خصوصا مع زحمة المعتمرين وللاسف اضطررت للاقامه فيه مره اخرى بتاريخ 2 سبتمبر 2026 ومازال سيء جداً وغير مريح نهائيا ولااتمنى ان اسكن فيه مره ثانيه بإذن الله تعالى // التقييم تحت الصفر واتمنى من المسؤولين عنه يتداركون الوضع ويكرمون ضيوف المسجد النبوي الشريف
