Cons:

Once we arrived, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and were asked to move to another hotel, Haya Golden, which may also be owned by the same group. We were very disappointed with this arrangement, especially since we had to move all our luggage ourselves to another location.

Pros:

It’s worth paying the price as right in front of the MASJID A NABWI SHAREEF. Location is great shops restaurant pharmacy you name it every thing in walking distance. Staff is bit slow or disappear from reception or porter you have to find them other wise good

Cons:

Staff most of the time I found disappear whenever you need it. You have to chase them up.
