Very well modernised for a property of this type/age. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good.

Room 4 the fridge stank so was unable to put clothes in wardrobe, the mattress was very uncomfortable so didn't get a lot of sleep
It’s a lovely hotel however the annex which I booked could do with renovating. It was nice senate to the main hotel so very quiet & private.
The lobby carpet was very dirty however the room itself was very clean.
As it was a ground floor room I was expecting a walk in shower not a shower over a bath. The bathroom was a bit outdated.
I think the room was a bit overpriced.
It states breakfast included but this is only continental so this should be made clear also.

Breakfast is described as full continental, if toast and small selection of cereal, 3, is a full continental then I apologise.
The staff, food and location was great. everyone was friendly and the fact it was right on the beach was so nice.
The toilet roll holder was hanging off in the bathroom & there was nowhere to put shower gel in the shower. also it was quite loud opening and closing the front door but the noise wasn't really a problem

It wasn’t clear about breakfast when booking.we thought it’s full breakfast including but it wasn’t. They told us what it’s continental breakfast just when we booked non refundable room.Poor choice of continental breakfast.People sitting below your room window in the outside restaurant.

Great location on the outskirts of Weston supermare. Just across the road from the beech, very clean and nicely styled. Gave us great meals too was lovely to sit on front veranda watching the sun set with food and drinks.

We stayed in the annex, which was pretty shabby with an old and tired bathroom. It was clean. The breakfast was ok.
Lovely hotel right by the beach and a stroll away from coastal path walk. Parking was great, and the room was lovely with sea views. Bar and restaurant was excellent with seating at the front of the hotel. Food not overly priced. Nice quiet hotel with not much passing traffic. Would certainly stay again.
Nothing with the hotel but I will just say that the beach is not really kid friendly. It's not really sandy and when the tide is out it's a long long way to the water. There are signs on the beach to warn of sinking mud. It was more dog friendly than child friendly. No public toilets.
The evening staff were very polite up beat and professional nothing was too much to ask for, check in was very smooth when arrived.
When up on entering are room all looked clean & tidy. Unfortunately are bed had to single pushed together spend more of the night falling though the middle of the bed . Breakfast wasn’t a hit at all some items were very over cooked to the point they were very hard and not edible to eat. Had to wait over 45 minutes for a coffee . Due to the level of customer witch was a very few amount of people their would have expected a better timing.
