The night and day front staff were all exceptional!! The beds were super comfortable! I don’t know who came up with the wedge pillow behind the pillows is genius! So nice to be able to sit up and see the TV if you want! I loved the antiseptic wipe for the remote is also genius! The room needs a good spot clean especially in the bathroom. I also found a used tissue between our bed and night stand. But staying her is what made us want to stay again!
Needed more attention to cleaning detail
The room was large. Soft pillows and the bed was comfortable.
Can not call and talk to a person if you have an issue. You get a computer AI telling you to call a number that isn't able to help you with a billing issue. I was charged for 2 days of parking, even though I left the lot before the checkout time.
A maid tried to open the door to clean 3 hours before checkout.
Was there for doctors appointment. It was close to Vanderbilt.
Very expensive
No bbq facilities
No soap in the shower. Pillows were extremely flat.
Clean rooms, good facilities especially the gym. Night shop was a nice touch too.
No courtesy room…. Our flight was delayed so we asked for a room for half hour to freshen up to be told we had to pay for a whole night. Disappointing. Pool could also do with a clean too
Easy to find
Housekeeping poor, stayed 5 days and room cleaned/towels/coffee etc once
1 lift out of order (& there are 8 floors!)
Also friends car went on a valet trip outta town…… AirPod on keys at hotel but AirPod in car elsewhere & when questioned was told it was in the car park but we searched all floors & it wasn’t…..
The room was nice and spacious!
The staff could have been more friendly/attentive (no one said hello/bye/didn’t really acknowledge guests going in and out)
Location was great; Room was fair; Parking was expensive,
When booking I stated there would be 4 adults and one child, a total of 5 people. Therefore, I was expecting to be accommodated for 5 people. However, once arriving they informed me they could not accommodate. Also, I always had to request extra towel sets because they never put enough sets in the room for 4 people, much less 5. Also, when trying to reach the front desk from the room phone, they never answered and I had to leave the room to go downstairs to the front desk to speak with someone. Last but certainly not least, there was no microwave in the room, so when we needed to heat up anything, we had to leave the room and go down to the lobby, which was vert inconvenient.
Friendly staff and close to where needed to go for football camp.
Poor water pressure, cost of snacks ridiculously high, & elevator door closed too fast for handicapped people. The bed based too high and made a lot of noise when moving on the bed.
It was clean and the location was great.
On day two, our shower was draining very very slow slowly. Unfortunately, we ended up standing in ankle deep water while we showered.
A good breakfast which we had on the first day, for the rest of the week we had breakfast across the road at the nearby cafe whic
We did not have coffee in our room for 2 days a- we asked the maid to bring some, she did not. We then rang reception and they said some would be dropped off to our room and none arrived. The next day we asked at reception and they said it would be sorted and when we got back to our room later in the day the coffee had been dropped off.
