Great location, staff and rooms
Pros:

Delicious breakfast, very helpful front desk staff, very nice Bikini Bar staff. Beds very comfortable, nice robes and toiletries- I needed a safety pin and found one in the vanity kit

Cons:

If I have to say one thing it’s that I requested an early check in just because we had been traveling all day but it could not be accommodated , we checked in at 3

For a first visit to Barcelona, this is an excellent hotel choice!
Pros:

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The location was perfect - right in the midst of shopping, food, and subway stops. The pool on the rooftop was the perfect way to end the day.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and meeting the owner is the cherry on top!
Pros:

I loved everything about this place! From doing a really early arrival and getting us in a room as early as possible, to let my husband get in the bed. He was so sick that he did not even get to explore the area and we were only there for one night. I got out for a couple of hours but felt bad for him so I came back. I walked in the adjacent restaurant and they offered to make him some soup. He wanted to come down with me and didn't see anything that appealed to him so we didn't eat there. It was so wonderful of them to seat us and take care of us even though we left. The lasting impression was made by the owner. At check in the gentleman noticed Harley Davidson gear and went to get the owner who came out and sat with us for a few minutes. That just proves that bikers are the very best!!

Cons:

I could not come up with one negative thing to say. We were treated very well by all of the staff and they went above and beyond for us. I only really wish we had set up a few days to stay. The hotel is so beautiful it just took my breath away. I wish I could say with certainty that I will come back but we don't have it like that. If I hit the lottery look out!! Thank you all for being so kind!

Definitely do not recommend
Pros:

Location. Staircase is the prettiest part of the hotel.

Cons:

Room was appalling. It was tired, boring. Terrible view. And dirty. Broken shower door. See photos. Staff not interested at all in how disappointed we were. At $650AUD a night it was terribly over priced.

Certains hôtels vous offrent une chambre. D’autres vous offrent une véritable expérience. Cet hôtel m’a offert une expérience dont je me souviendrai longtemps.

Dès le premier instant où j’ai franchi les portes de l’hôtel, accueilli par Monsieur Gabriel, j’ai ressenti un véritable professionnalisme, beaucoup de respect et une hospitalité sincère. Gabriel est le genre de personne qui comprend que l’attention portée aux détails et la manière dont on accueille un client peuvent transformer un simple séjour en un magnifique souvenir.

Il s’est occupé avec patience et professionnalisme de tout ce dont j’avais besoin : recommandations, visites, taxis et même les plus petits détails. Sa disponibilité et son sérieux ont réellement fait la différence.

Je tiens également à féliciter toute l’équipe de l’hôtel. J’ai rencontré des personnes aimables, respectueuses, discrètes et extrêmement professionnelles. On ressent immédiatement lorsqu’un établissement est dirigé avec sérieux et lorsque les personnes qui y travaillent mettent du cœur dans leur métier.

Le confort, le calme, l’ambiance, la qualité du service ainsi que la musique en soirée ont créé une atmosphère exceptionnelle. Je ne me suis pas simplement senti hébergé, mais véritablement accueilli et considéré comme un invité.

Monsieur le Directeur, vous pouvez être fier de votre équipe. Un hôtel peut afficher plusieurs étoiles sur sa façade, mais sa véritable valeur se mesure à la manière dont ses clients sont accueillis et surtout à l’envie qu’ils ont de revenir.

Pour ma part, cet hôtel mérite pleinement ses 5 étoiles — et s’il était possible d’en ajouter une supplémentaire pour l’hospitalité, je le ferais sans hésiter.

Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommanderai cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation.

Félicitations à toute l’équipe et un grand respect pour le professionnalisme dont vous faites preuve chaque jour. Ce n’était pas simplement un séjour, mais une véritable expérience d’excellence.
