Nous avons etait déçu par l’entretien de l’établissement et par le comportement du réceptionniste.
Pros:

Le village était magnifique, vivant et agréable
Le charme de l’hôtel. Un petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Les SPA etait un peu simple mais agréable.
Les hôtesses étaient sympathiques et accueillantes. La dame des petits déjeuners aussi.

Cons:

La salle de bain était équipée de matériaux de qualité très moyenne. La robinetterie de la douche était mal fixée, et la barre de douche ne tenait pas, ce qui nous obligeait à tenir le pommeau pendant l’utilisation.
Par ailleurs, l’accueil par LE réceptionniste n’a pas été très agréable il était très hautain. Concernant la climatisation, le fameux réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu’elle n’était pas activée avant le mois de juin, alors que d’autres clients nous ont confirmé utiliser la climatisation dans leur chambre. Il aurait été préférable de nous informer simplement qu’elle ne fonctionnait pas dans la nôtre.

Pros:

Aproape ,totul . Curățenia impecabilă , patul confortabil , mic dejun variabil și foarte bogat în tot .

Cons:

Singurul lucru ,ca nu au locuri multe de parcare ! A doua seara , intrând târziu nu am găsit loc unde au de obicei , asta făcând să caut în jur .

Paisible et reposant à la fin de nos journées de visites.
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et parle français à l’accueil. L’endroit est charmant dans un village très calme, mais quand même animé. A 20min de la gare centrale c’est un bon point de chute pour visiter les 5 terre en train. Il y a une borne de recharge dans le village en cas de nécessité.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop simple. Il n’y a pas la possibilité de faire un chocolat chaud par exemple. Mais l’ensemble est correct.

Me encontraba fatal y menos mal que me pilló en Al Convento
Pros:

Si, mucho pero la accesibilidad es complicada y no se menciona. Tengo un problema en los huesos y límite de carga de peso y llegué enferma, y lo pasé mal. El equipo trató de ayudarme y facilitarme las cosas.

Charmant hôtel
Pros:

Petit hôtel de charme dans un village médiéval italien. Avec place de parking réservé à l'hôtel.
Il y a un excellent restaurant italien juste a côté mais il faut surtout réserver car beaucoup de locaux y mange.
Il est a 25 min de la gare centrale de la Spezia et 1h de de Pise en voiture.
Le petit déjeuner y est complet.
Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours.

Cons:

Le bruit, la chambre est à l'entrée.
Il y a le bruit de la rue, des gens qui montent les escaliers en bois et celui de la chambre située au dessus du plafond en bois.
Et au petit déjeuner, pas de sachets de thé noir!!!
