Pros:

Estuve 17 días en el hotel. Estoy muy contento.
El equipo es fantástico: me atendieron muy bien, me asistieron en todo lo que pude necesitar. Muy atentos, eficaces y simpáticos.

En el hotel se respira un ambiente bastante juvenil y agradable.
Las instalaciones comunes son muy bonitas, la decoración me gustó mucho.
La habitación estaba muy bien: amplia, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, tv, su gran baño.
Abajo hay un pequeño café (con un café muy rico, por cierto) y una terraza ajardinada con mesas.
En el sótano hay una sala de lavandería con lavadoras y secadoras que funciona perfectamente. (Importante si vas a estar unos días).
En el piso 12 hay una terraza con lounge bar y unas vistas espectaculares.

En cuanto a la ubicación, está bastante céntrico, a 10 minutos de las estaciones de U-Bahn y S-Bahn Jannowitzbrücke por un lado, diez minutos de U-Bahn de Strausberger Platz y diez minutos de Ostbahnhof por otro.
Kreuzberg está a tiro de piedra.
Destacaría también la cercanía del Holzmarkt, un recinto lleno de bancos donde tumbarse junto al río Spree, puestos de cerveza, alguna tienda muy linda, street food, un café estupendo y un ambiente de lo más relajado.
Recomiendo este hotel. 😜

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó era la cercanía de las vías del tren. Pero, en fin, ya sabemos que en las ciudades alemanas circula mucho tren. Hacían ruido, pero con la ventana cerrada no se oye nada.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή, ιδανική για νέους που έρχονται για το night life
Pros:

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, ωραία αισθητική και διακόσμηση, πολύ καθαρά, άνετο το δωμάτιο.
Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, ειδικά για οσ@ θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν τη νυχτερινή ζωή του Βερολίνου.

Cons:

Απέναντι υπάρχει οικοδομή και από πολύ κοντά περνάει τρένο. Ακόμη και με κλειστό παντζούρι (ασφαλείας-αλουμινίου) ακούγεται θόρυβος.

Δεν υπάρχει air condition. Υπάρχει ένα σύστημα κλιματισμού, αλλά κάποιες στιγμές θα το ήθελα ακόμη πιο χαμηλά.

Αν δεν με απατά η μνήμη μου δεν είχε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ούτε μηχανή για καφέ (σίγουρα δεν είχε καφέ-δώρο για το καλωσόρισμα, μόνο φακελάκια τσάι) .

Pretttig appartement!
Pros:

Het was een prettige kamer met fijn uitzicht! Erg schoon en alles netjes op orde. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de televisie nadat ik heb ingelogd op mijn streamingsdienst. Fijne douche en alles was je nodig hebt in de keuken!

Cons:

Het kon soms wat benauwd zijn, wellicht gebrek aan een krachtige airco.

Very reasonably priced stay in central location
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay!
The rooftop bar was a fantastic space to enjoy very reasonably priced drinks and to watch the sunset over this amazing city.
All in all, fantastic value for money.

Cons:

The double bed was against a wall which was a little awkward for the 2nd person.

Het uitzicht (tegen meerprijs geboekt) en het panorama terras.

Cons:

Op het panorama terras was geen keuken voor een snack. Zelfs een zakje chips of nootjes waren verkrijgbaar.
Als je lekker gaat zitten zou je dat dus zelf mee moeten nemen.

Studio bem localizado, equipado e confortável para estadias mais longas!
Pros:

A localização é incrível, bem conectada às opções de transporte público, embora exija 10 minutos de caminhada. Bem equipado para cozinhar e com opções de onde trabalhar (mesa no studio ou recepção com wifi e área de trabalho).

Cons:

Demorei para perceber que poderia pedir refil de sabão para máquina de lavar louças e sal/pimenta, já que no kit recepção haviam apenas dois sabões para a máquina. Quando pedi por refil, descobri que havia a possibilidade de também pedir por sal/pimenta. Mas foi um aprendizado que agora sabemos para quando voltarmos, já que a experiência na estadia superou esse mal entendido!

Great value for location and quality
Pros:

Perfect for solo traveling and remote work. Loved the rooftop and the washing machines

Cons:

Big construction site and train tracks were quite loud so opening the window was combined with noise.
No AC, on hot days I could imagine it gets very warm

Pros:

The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Overall, the environment is great—it’s right near Holzmarkt and the East Side Gallery, which are perfect for a nice stroll. On top of that, the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They also offer a convenient laundry service (€5 for washing and €3 for drying). As a bonus, there is a lovely cafe on the ground floor, and the hotel provides a 50% discount voucher for it!

Cons:

However, the accommodation is a bit far from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. The biggest issue is that the S-Bahn tracks run right next to the building. Even at midnight, when the trains pass by, there is loud noise and vibration if you leave the windows open. If you close the windows, you can still feel the vibrations, and it gets extremely hot because there is no air conditioning. When we went to the reception to borrow a fan, we were told they were all lent out.
