Очень удобный, новый, современный и аккуратный отель — всего около 15 минут от аэропорта. Везде чистота, уют и порядок, современные лифты, комфортные номера. Особенно приятно, что персонал действительно старается помочь гостям и очень внимательно относится к просьбам.
Нас смогли разместить раньше установленного времени, быстро предоставили хорошую, чистую и уютную комнату. В номере были все необходимые ванные принадлежности.
Отдельное и большое спасибо Гультякину бею! Он сразу нас встретил, быстро и очень удобно организовал размещение, благодаря чему мы чувствовали себя комфортно с первых минут.
Завтрак утром тоже очень понравился — приятный, разнообразный, всё свежее. Видно, что персонал работает с душой и готов оказать любую необходимую помощь.
Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство и хорошее отношение! Однозначно рекомендую этот отель тем, кому нужен комфортный и спокойный отдых рядом с аэропортом Измира.

Unfortunately, very little. The location was convenient, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected based on the booking.

Cons:

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from beginning to end.

First, I specifically booked a room advertised with a mountain view, but the actual view from my room was of a junkyard. This was completely different from what was advertised and felt very misleading.

There was also loud drilling and renovation noise in the morning, which disturbed my rest and made the stay even more unpleasant.

The most unacceptable issue was what happened at around 10:00 AM, despite the official checkout time being 12:00 PM. The lady manager arrived with two other people, knocked on my door, and then opened the door and entered directly into my room while I was still inside. This was extremely disrespectful and a serious violation of my privacy. Their excuse was that they wanted to check the desk because they were planning to renovate it. That is not an acceptable reason to enter an occupied guest room without proper permission, especially two hours before checkout.

The breakfast was also very disappointing and extremely limited, basically consisting of cheese, eggs, bread and coffee, with very little variety.

On top of that, the coffee machine clearly needed proper descaling and cleaning, and the tea machine was visibly full of scale. This gave a very poor impression regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

Overall, the combination of the misleading mountain-view booking, junkyard view, drilling noise, poor breakfast, unclean/poorly maintained beverage machines, and especially the completely inappropriate entry into my room before checkout made this an awful stay.

I would not recommend this property. Management needs to seriously improve both guest privacy and basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance and hospitality.

Prima hotel. Ruime kamer en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het is een relatief nieuw hotel en ziet er tiptop uit. De kamer was ruimer dan gemiddeld. Op de vloer lagen tegels en geen tapijt dus dat vind ik persoonlijk wel hygienischer. Er waren 2 liften dus je hoeft niet lang te wachten. Er is parkeerplaats voor de deur en ik begreep ook achter het hotel. Het is op ongeveer 10-15 min van het vliegveld.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was vrij basic. Op zich niets mis mee, maar het kan wel iets uitgebreider. Het restaurant was nog niet af dus migelijk dat dit in de toekomst veranderd.

Einfach Katastrophale Bedingungen, kaltes Wasser, an der Hauptstraße sehr laut.

Während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein warmes Wasser, eiskaltes duschen war möglich.
Nicht sauber an den Schränken rotz vom vorherigen Gast.
Direkt nach dem Check-In wollten wir duschen, nicht möglich da kein warmes Wasser danach an der Rezeption angefragt die Antwort: nein nicht möglich, es muss warmes Wasser geben.
Danach einfach gesagt wir prüfen das sofort.
Am Abend auch kein warmes Wasser. Wieder zur Rezeption und es wurde gesagt es gäbe derzeitige niemand also eine Firma wir suchen und melden uns.
Dann am nächsten Tag wieder keines und wir mussten mit dem kalten wasser duschen.
Heute morgen wieder nur kaltes Wasser und beim Check-Out wurde gefragt: waren sie mit allem zufrieden, ich antwortete natürlich nicht, kein warmes wasser?
Dann sagten sie mir: anscheinend wieder eine Störung und ja tut mir leid.. und tschüss…
