Pros:

The hotel is great, the rooms are really nice. The breakfast buffet is across the street and the breakfast is really nice. Lovely walk to restaurants, bars and the castle!

Comfortable and convenient with great views from our corner room
Pros:

Great location and view from the room. The bazaar is next to the hotel so easy access to the old town, handicraft shops and eateries. The restaurant staff members were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel interiors are a little dated although the rooms are neat and well furnished.

מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה, ממוקם במקום מרכזי, חדרים מעולים וארוחת בוקר מצוינת!

צוות השירות היה פשוט מצוין!!!!
החדרים היו מעולים, ארוחת בוקר עם מבחר גדול ומאוד טעימה!

Pros:

The room was super comfortable and clean. The food specially the croissant were very very delicious. The staff specifically Gabriel and Martinella were very friendly and hospitable. Overall amazing stay and I would definitely stay longer next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Berat. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The balcony was a great feature, offering beautiful views of the city and surrounding mountains. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Berat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.
