I was really impressed with staff activeness and care

Pros:

Fruit delivery room service explained all complimentary things which was duty of reception stafff

Cons:

Reception staff should explain all complimentary things in package first, there was iron at my room door but I paid charges for ironing considering it's free as person who took my clothes did not tell that I will make bill for it later

Relativ ruhig, große Zimmer

Cons:

Als Frau wird man nicht wahrgenommen oder drittklassig behandelt. Servicemässig ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Hotel braucht eine Sanierung der Bäder (Fugen, abgestoßene Kanten)
