It was good.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and corridors were clean.

Cons:

The bathrooms could be maintained better, especially the shower over bath tub are a terrible design and is poorly maintained. The taps and drain covers were broken or unclean.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I have been to a fair few and the service and the welcoming reception I got is one of the best. They were so caring and attentive and fulfilled all my needs

Don't book this Hotel because this is not a real five-star Hotel

Nothing because they say this is five-star Hotel but in reality not like a five-star Hotel

The location we don't like because we can't book the taxi through the indrive Application because in this area too much traffic so no one can select our ride
