The hotel was clean,the staffs were so polite and courteous,the food was exceptionally GOOD.The rooms were maintained clean. Overall had a great stay.
The location of the hotel. The hotel did'nt have the facility of card payments.

You cannot reach the hotel on Sunday due to "sunday market" till 9pm in the evening. Tap water was dirty and did not get sorted for more than 12 hours. They gave us an alternative room to use the toilet for our shower. Felt like staying in a hostel and not a hotel.
We stayed for 2 days at Oxina Cizel. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location — very close to attractions like Coaker's Walk and Bryant Park. There is enough parking space available, and the rooms are spacious. Free Wi-Fi was available with decent speed, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was just okay with limited options.
On the downside, the rooms had a musty smell throughout our stay. We booked through booking.com� where slippers were mentioned as an amenity, but they were not provided — a noticeable miss considering the cold weather in Kodaikanal. Room service was also not done daily, and we had to request basic items like tea/coffee sachets, sugar, and water multiple times.
The surroundings near the market area could also be cleaner, as there were unpleasant smells from garbage nearby.
Overall, the stay was average for the amount we paid. The property has good potential, but there is definitely room for improvement
Inside room was reasonably good but windows were useless as outside was totally shabby and crammed with next buildings staying very close. Absolutely no view . Though they claim it is 800 m from Lake the access is a challenge and is a long way off. Breakfast items like Upma was extremely tasty .other items were okay . Presentation was mediocre and was late to provide the items and half of the items came late and was over too soon
Their restaurant was not working and they informed it only when I tried ordering a dinner at 8 pm . They did not clean the room second day as I did not insist on cleaning. This is not a hotel but just a room provision . Price was too high as it was not a hotel but only a room. Parking facility was also scarce . Access was mid market and all dirty and crammed roads

Hotel only provides breakfast. They don't have a restaurant attached so for lunch and dinner we have to go out. As it's a new property there was no Google location.Breakfast was average and items were less for the fare paid.
Stayed in this property for 2 nights. Went almost 100s Hotels Across All countries for BT Purposes, but the stay here were so much comfortable. From the Front Office Staff, Watchman everyone were so Friendly I felt like Family. Highly Recommended for Everyone. So next time I’m planning to take my family here for sure. All the Staff were so so kind in nature no words to express.
As this is the new property some might feel difficulty in finding location. But they will share you the link and you can follow it. It’s very new at to busstand only. So nothing else it will be easy access
