Excellent location with amazing views. Being located quite high up, the terrace is a wonderful spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Very varied breakfast options. Our taxi was arriving very early, and the hotel kindly prepared a small breakfast package for us to take to the airport. We really appreciated this thoughtful detail.
Because they are built like caves, there can be strong damp or musty smells due to humidity. It is not something that would keep you awake, but if you are sensitive to smells, it is something to consider. It is worth noting that this is common throughout the village and not specific to the hotel.
Castle Cave Hotel had a convenient location and a nice rooftop café, perfect for a quick coffee when in a rush. The room was well-maintained, and the receptionist gave a warm welcome, which I appreciated.
One concern was that the ventilation was linked to the lights. When the lights were off, the airflow stopped, making the room warm, so I couldn’t switch off the lights even when sleeping. That was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise, it was a decent stay.
We had a great stay at Castle Cave Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Göreme. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. A special mention to Farhad, who helped us book our hot air balloon ride and ATV tour at better prices than we could find ourselves. He was always happy to help, gave us great advice, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would happily come back!
Tutto perfetto, per essere al 100% perfetto sarebbe servito un dispenser per il sapone in bagno. La colazione dolce poco abbondante e varia per un europeo/italiano abituato alla nostra. Le lenzuola pulite ma non lisce
The location was perfect for watching the balloons in the morning. Our room was 203, we loved the vibe and music that came from the rooftop bar.
Nothing but be prepared to have your walking shoes on, as the property is located on the hill which gives you the best views.
Este hotel está ubicado en el corazón de Cappadocia y está dentro de una cueva. La habitación es cómoda, sugiero pedir habitación con balcón para apreciar las vistas. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado, la cama es cómoda, buen desayuno y Ümit se comportó de forma extraordinaria, que merece una mención aparte. Todos los tour que tomamos con el hotel con excelentes proveedores (buses, guías, comida), ya que fueron puntuales, respetuosos y se esmeraron en hacernos sentir bien. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel y agradecemos enormemente a Ümit por su excelente servicio.

Struttura molto curata, camere belle e pulite. Terrazza con vista fantastica su Göreme e le mongolfiere. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata, con signora molto gentile.
Ragazzi dell'hotel molto gentili e disponibili. L'hotel perfetto per una vacanza a Göreme! Ma il vero gioiello è Simba, il simpaticissimo cagnolino che vi accoglie sempre con gioia. Grazie di tutto!

The views, staff and animals.
The bathroom could not accommodate someone who was tall. I saw ants on the floor. The shower was not very big and the shower doors were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre but could use and upgrade. The walk to the hotel was up a huge hill and difficult if someone has some disabilities. Some staff were cleaning above the floor of my balcony and a whole bunch of dirty water got splashed all over me from above. I would say this hotel is rated at a 7. I have been to cappadocia 3 times and this was my least favorite hotel. The hotel rooms need an upgrade.

Excellent stay! The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. We really appreciated the early breakfast, which was perfect for our schedule. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff also provided clear and useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is centrally located and offers breath taking views of fair chimeys and the whole of Goreme during the day, and the roof top vibe changes as the evening approaches. The rooms are beautifully crafted. The staffs Umet, Muhammed, and the guy originally from Azerbaijan (forgot his name) were incredible hosts. There was amazing spread for breakfast, and the lady hosting the breakfast was amazing. She ensured I had good time during the breakfast meals. Very hospitable staffs, and the location is great.
Just that if you are arriving on a coach or bus after a long journey and with alot of luggage in hand, be ready to walk up the hill a little to reach to the hotel, which can be abit of a pain.
