Beautiful hotel in the heart of Capadoccia! The staff was very attentive and arranged transportation to and from the airport. The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the sunset, can get very busy at night. Great food and music, also delicious breakfast. Very fast wifi also. Really enjoyed my stay at Castle Cave Hotel!

Pros:

Location is perfect! Stunning views and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They even saved us over £100 on the hot air balloon flights! Will definitely stay here again. The rooms were so cosy and clean. Breakfast was also really good!

Per spostamenti da aereoporto prenotazioni del servizio fotografico e del giro in mongolfiera. Il responsabile una persona super professionale e affidabile in tutto e per tutto... Sempre attento alle novità. Posto stupendo con terrazza cibo sempre fresco e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo spero di riandare tra un po' di anni.

El personal es muy amable. Llegamos a las 9 de la mañana (mucho antes del horario del check in) e igualmete nos dejaron pasar a la habitacion ya que justo estaba disponible. El desayuno podria ser un poco mas variado.

スタッフの方も皆親切で多少の英語力でもぜんぜん大丈夫でした。
モーニング作ってる方が特に親切でいろいろ助けてもらいました。
ルーフトップバーからの気球鑑賞はホントに最高！！
ホテルで気球ツアーを手配してもらったところ他の気球より高く飛んで上下だけでなく谷の方に行ってくれて最高な経験でした。
是非是非このホテルをオススメします。

Castle Cave Hotel exceeded every expectation and became one of the highlights of our entire trip through Turkey. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family.

The location is unbeatable — right in central Göreme, walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. But the real magic is the terrace: waking up at dawn to watch a hundred hot air balloons rise over the fairy chimneys, tea in hand, is a memory we'll treasure forever. It's the best seat in Cappadocia, and you don't even have to leave the hotel.

The cave rooms are authentic and full of character — cosy, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with that unique warmth only a real cave hotel has. Every detail was thoughtful.
The breakfast deserves a special mention too — a generous spread with beautiful views to start the day.

Top Lage, alles andere war ok...
Pros:

Die Lage und die Rooftop Bar waren super. Die Zimmer waren besonders, weil sie teilweise in die Höhle hineingebaut wurden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war qualitativ nicht gut und die dortigen Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr unfreundlich. Weiters hat es an der Sauberkeit gefehlt.
