Room was really good size, bed was very comfortable and curtains blocked out light really well.
Brilliant location, some staff really friendly and helpful, others not so much.
The room was clean and bright. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant as a dining option. The price was great with the breakfast option and breakfast was good value. The only downside is not spa facilities!

Bathroom light is automatic with NO off switch - v annoying.
The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, yet the hotel is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions and were looking forward t our stay, however the upstairs restaurant was understaffed and disorganised when we wen for dinner. The fire alarm was triggered and the building evacuated at 1.15am which clearly had a big impact on our nights stay. Shame as this was firmly one of our favourite Leeds hotels
The beds were clean and comfortable to sleep on.Good to have a fridge on the room.
Room very dark and dismal, no main lighting had to rely on lamps, not sufficient to see properly getting ready.Had to use bathroom mirror and lighting.
Sink and toilet clean, although shower tiles could do with a good bleaching and skirting board in bathroom dusty.Found a large black hair on the bathroom floor!!
Window did not open.Music in lift on a morning far too loud.My friend mentioned this to reception, but nothing changed even though they said they’d look at it.
Breakfast disappointing as food not all hot and we had to ask for bacon as it had all gone.Staff weren’t particularly smiley or friendly in dining room.Front desk staff okay on arrival.There just wasn’t an over friendly feel to the atmosphere of the hotel staff.The friend I went with was even more disappointed than me.
Location and staff very friendly room spotless air on brilliant cant fault the hotel so clean really was will certainly book again in the near future and would certainly recommend it great stay thankyou mr Lacey and mr rose
