Bathroom could have been cleaner on arrival. Very little soap in shower container. Tea & sugar hadn’t been replenished when arrived.

The hotel had fresh and modern decor in very good condition. Our twin room was spacious and beds were a good size and very comfortable, with the addition of a sofa and table in the room. Bathroom was well appointed and good size square shower space. We fortunate to be able to check in early. Parking at Q carparks next door was easy to book and use. Reception greeting was warm, personable and professional.
Breakfast was a little bit busy and it seemed our breakfast booking paid for the night before, did not register on the list at breakfast, although this was well handled and not a problem.
Exceptionally well designed. Immaculately clean. Staff are as service oriented and professional as one can ask for.
Very poor mattress. Almost no pressure in the shower (that net zero thing). Below average breakfast and terrible coffee. In room amenities lacking any imagination (Kenco instant). The room was dark with no main light. Very large room but with no wardrobe I had to lay my clothes on the sofa…all in all somewhat of a missed opportunity to be real great
