The coffe wasn’t great in the room
The breakfast could be better, it is the same thing everyday no change to the menu. The hash browns were too oily, the mushrooms swimming in a lot of water.
The facilities do not get cleaned, we logged a call at the reception for our room to be cleaned they agreed and wrote it down but the cleaner never came to clean our room. When we enquired that we asked that the room be cleaned, the staff was rude and said the cleaner will come the following day. No communication was done prior to any of this, the cleaner comes every day to bring clean towels but doesn't even tidy a bit not even a single bit no clean mugs no wiping any counter no bin removal nothing just towels only.

When first arrived which was late in the night and we asked if this was the hotel the guy at the reception said not it was not a hotel. I had to insist and show the name on my reservation for him to call someone to do the check in. This was a very weird experience. The room did not look like it had fresh bed sheet, they have a policy to clean the room every three days which is a long time to spend three days using same towels..bathroom was dirty during all our stay..for this amount of money at least cleaning every second day should be applied..I am still puzzled with the answer of the receptionist the first day that sent us away saying this was not Hayatt place hotel…
The rooms are recently refurbished and generally comfortable.
The toilet lights use motion-sensors and could be hazardous for older people. The phone in the room didn't work.
Housekeeping is questionable. When we checked in, the towels were haphazardly folded in the toilet. It almost didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel but a B&B. We also found remnants of the room's previous occupant on the floor.
The receptionists and staff are not the most helpful or professional but are friendly. While I do feel I have to mention a receptionist was quick to come to our room to personally deliver towels when I reported to her; upon checking out, I was genuinely baffled because it was the first time hotel staff had ever asked us to go into their actual luggage store to collect our bags. I understand taking us right outside of it for ease of access, but having to shuffle through and touch strangers' bags to find our own is not a particularly pleasant experience especially at this price point.
Everything you should need, clean and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Was a lovely modern hotel, comfortable beds, brilliant facilities
There was nothing we didn’t like, the only thing it was a little slow at check-in, but saying that Sam who checked up in was fantastic and we even received complimentary breakfast as we were away for my birthday.
Room was nice and the hotel itself was in a great location.
The staff unfortunately. We got there at 11.30 in the morning which we had pre advised. We didn’t expect to check in however we wanted to make them aware we were there and leave our bags. The girl laughed in my partners face while continuously saying it’s a 3pm check in over and over again. We left our bags she didn’t ask us a name or anything very very bad start and very rude.
