Unpleasant experience, poor quality hotel

Everything else is just less then decent... room don't look like the photos when you book it, saying refund is not possible even tho photos seems different then reality 180 degrees not small things to ignore, unpleasant smell, chair side broken ripped one of our jeans, except location Everything else is unpleasant experience, also reception worker doesn't try and help or try figure things in a better way, told him about the room doesn't look like photos at all like a different room level at all says it's not him responsible for the booking site, says about something like the chair is broken says that I didn't told him that it shouldn't be broken at first place and wanted to charge me extra for some towels and bed sheets, my experience in this hotel was very unpleasant I do not recommend at all

Good location, disappointing service
Pros:

The location was very convenient. We walked to multiple landmarks. The room was spacious.
We were able to choose from several available rooms.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing overall. The room felt old and poorly maintained. One bed was comfortable, but the other had a worn-out mattress with little support. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay, the plumbing was very noisy, and the room had no window.
Sound insulation was poor, and conversations in the hallway could be clearly heard despite the hotel being mostly empty. The breakfast was very basic witg very little variety during our stay.
Service was inconsistent. Requests often took a long time to be fulfilled or were forgotten altogether. Although spa access was included in our booking, we were unable to use it. After being told to arrange it via WhatsApp, our follow-up messages went unanswered, and we never received access to the spa.

Pros:

Great accommodation, excellent staff.

Cons:

I got put in a different room despite staff telling me that’s what I booked. I was shortly upgraded to the initial room though, so props to the staff.

В выходные дни нет проезда до отеля.Ночью бар напротив шумно.Но все это не мешало нам хорошо отдохнуть.Местоположение перекрывает все недостатки

Good location
Pros:

Clean rooms and a wonderful atmosphere and very good location... However, what truly makes this place special is the hotel staff, who made a real difference with their energy and attentiveness. We would like to thank each and every one of them for the hospitality they showed from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended..

Avoid, it’s a scam. The photos are fake. They make you pay everything upfront before even seeing the room and then they

Only good thing is the super central location, the rest was so bad I left after one night.

Cons:

Nothing, they gave me a room with no windows, an ashtray, a singular power outlet. Hygiene was questionable, found a dark black hair (not mine) on my “clean” towels. Photos on booking are nothing like the reality!

I like the room space . Even though I am bachelor traveller I got twin room with hall. Plenty of space.

Cons:

The bathroom flush was not working. Further the breakfast timing is not convenient starts from 10am-12pm .
