Après avoir reçu le message de confirmation, nous avons appelé pour avoir la localisation. Ils ne savaient même pas pourquoi on appelait, ni s'il restait des chambres. Ils ont raccroché pour se renseigner et j'ai ensuite reçu un message disant qu'il n'y avait plus de place. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel, nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel en pleine nuit.

The only positive things were its location near the city center and the fact that there were no problems with the hot or cold water supply and air conditioner.

Cons:

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for one night, so we chose this hotel because it was close to the city center. When we arrived, I was so exhausted that all I wanted to do was go to the room and sleep. I never expected the room to be so stuffy and poorly ventilated. The only window opened onto an indoor corridor rather than the outside, which meant there was hardly any fresh air.

We couldn’t sleep properly because of the heat. When I turned on the air conditioning, I felt too cold. As a result, I spent the following days feeling sick.

I would not recommend this hotel.

Sevilecek bi şey yoktu odalar teraslı diye veriliyor ama cam bile yoktu tek iyi şey çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlıydı

Odada televizyon var ama çalışmıyor kettle var ama ne su vardı ne bir kahve sadece yatak ve duş vardı bi pansiyonla aynı standartlardaydı tek iyi şey çalışanlardı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff was amazing especially Nuray, Firoze, and Akbar. They were always very friendly, respectful, responsive, and helpful. They went above and beyond in providing hotel services and suggesting local experiences. The team made my stay very enjoyable!

Tesisin merkezi yerde ve bir çok gezilecek yere yakın olması güzeldi. Resepsiyondan Nuray hanıma da misafir perverliği ve ilgili için teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

İlk oda verildiğinde temiz olmadığını gördük. Nevresimin üstünde saç ve kıl vardı. Lavabolarda temiz değildi. Ayrıca sitede görseldeki odayla bize verilen odanın alakası yoktu. Nuray hanıma durumu bildirdiğimizde yardımcı oldu bizi başka bir odaya aldılar yorgun olduğumuz için de çok uğraşmak istemedik. Masayı ıslak mendille sildiğimde kirli olduğunu gördük neyse dedik idare edelim.
Olanaklar yetersizdi. İki kişiye sadece iki adet banyo havlusu vardı. El/yüz havlusu yoktu. Kıyafet asmak için sadece bir adet askı vardı.
Konaklamamız kahvaltı dahildi. Ancak ilk gün gelen kahvaltı tabağı şu şekildeydi: 2 dilim ekmek, 2 ince dilim dilim domates ve salatalık. 1 kağıt inceliğimde dilim beyaz peynir, haşlanmış yumurta, sürülebilir tereyağ ve çikolata. Diğer günler hiç kahvaltı yapmak istemedik bile.
Genel olarak bizim için tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.
