The room eventualy was available to stay in was comfortable, felt cosy and clean, changed linen each day, sometimes forgot part of the linen.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, sometimes the egg station was crowded.
What I didn't like: when I booked accom, I requested ground floor which was important too me. I recently had a Total Hip Replacement. When I arrived the room was upstairs and the furtherest away, right to the end of the corridors. The room was discusting, looking old, needed a reno, like nobody had been in the room, the old curtains could not close together.
I slept in that cold room, had no extra bedding, with only a one sheet over me. I was freezing. I had difficulting walking and the lift was so far away. Could not believe how far it was walking back and forward to change rooms. Eventually changed the room the next day to the groundfloor. So different to first room. The next day felt wasted because had to wait for change of rooms which was closer to reception, restaurant and pool.....The pool staff need to learn how to make cocktails and they are expensive. Some tasted like milk shakes.
Huge place which catered for children as well👍
Local village next to it was an eye opener -
option to have dinner - because It was not chosen at the start - the option of $250 a day per person for an upgrade is a rip off - how is it justified?
Family friendly- workers were amazing! Right from when we stepped foot into the Naviti Resort ❤️ Vinaka / Ofa Atu family!

Large family friendly resort with lots of activities and events happening to keep all ages entertained.
We weren’t on an all inclusive package and sometimes the staff served us drinks or kids ice creams that we were told were free only to be charged for them. Was a little confusing
I loved always being able to find plenty of quiet places in such a big full resort. Lots to do and plenty of room. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast buffet is great. As are 3 hour happy hours at either bar or pool. Talei restaurant was lovely.
We only purchased room plus breakfast. In hindsight paying for all inclusive would have been much better value as it includes so much.
Lovely sea views from most of the rooms. Good pool area.
It’s a bit dated but fine. We had issues with our booking and had to move to the Warwick for a night which was a hassle. Not great communication.
Staff were great.
Like the lay out of the resort, on the lagoon, by the mouth of the river, close to the ocean
Check in is like a bad comedy. I arrived a little early (around 1pm). I didn't mind having to wait. I asked for the Wifi code, but they would not give me one until I was assigned a room. I went to eat at the grill, but they had a great difficulty taking my food order, because (again) I did not have a room number. I also tried to make a dinner reservation at Bamboo, but they told me (again), that I could not do that without a room number. FINALLY, I got my room number. Then, there was a problem with the Wifi, which again I understand happens from time to time, and that took an hour to fix. And when I called again to make a dinner reservation, I was told "WE ARE ALL BOOKED UP" for dinner. Not sure what advice to give anyone checking in. Other than to expect long lines at check in, and to bring a bit of patience. No Hurry, No Worry, Fiji time.
There was an error and they had to put us in a different room when we arrived, but they more than made up for their mistake by upgrading us for our final two nights.
Not much- mainly that there was a little bit of maintenance to do. The inclusive buffet is chaotic and the food a bit average, but I suppose reasonable all things considered.
In terms of services, it varies. I absolutely LOVE how wonderful the staff are. They are always helpful and friendly.
Finally, the rooms are great! I had a beach view room and am absolutely happy with my room. It’s clean and spacious. The beds were nice and firm.
Overall, if you have a family with small children, this is definitely the right place for you. However, if you’re looking for superior services and quieter place, this is definitely not it.
The location is okay because it is about 2 hours from the airport and the beach is more rocky than sandy. This is why I gave it a 4 out of 5. It’s still a great place for family with kids, but if you’re expecting white sand beach and clear water with a lot of fish, this isn’t the spot to go.
In terms of services, there are a variety of planned activities for everyone throughout the day and a nice pool with a bar. The things that weren’t so great for me were, the snorkeling, the boat cruise, and the glass bottom cruise. These services were disappointing because there’s hardly any corals around and you can’t see much of anything. Furthermore, their all inclusive package was not great. First of all, they have very limited options when it comes to the buffet. Their 2 specialty restaurants were hit or miss at best. The dishes that are included in the All Inclusive were either very salty or overcooked with a few good dishes here and there. If you ordered off the menu, they do have some good options at higher prices. Another thing I have issue with is the fact that, even though we have an All Inclusive wristband on, we have to sign a “bill” for every meal we had. I’m not sure why they do this, but it’s very inconvenient.
Great pool, awesome water sports
Food was pretty bad, not very kid friendly and the buffet was well below standard
Bit dated, some staff hard to deal with , every thing is over priced
Pricey , not alot of value , just there to add money to your bill
Great accomodation with great facilities (golf, tennis, water sports activities) and high quality food. The staff were so friendly and always available to help
Nothing we loved it
Easy to get around. Clean and tidy
Not enough adult activities available. And couldn’t use the spa as too many kids in it all day.
Staff were amazing
Food was pretty average
The staff were very friendly
Old accommodations & not as clean as it could be especially the bathrooms
The pool was easily accessible and everything was a small walk away from each other.
TV did not work in the room. Food was objectively bad. Very artificial landscaping
Lots of activities for kids.
Some of the staff could do with some customer service training. The noise at night time was quite loud. Our room (garden view) actually backed onto a maintenance area/sheds and the noise woke us up most nights. Also, the base from music playing until 11-12pm every night.
the resort is beautiful and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed exploring the islands, reef, gardens and playing games. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the guests are looked after.
