From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Très bel hôtel, mais demandez une chambre calme
Pros:

Très très bel hôtel où j’ai pris plein de photos. Bon petit dej. Grande chambre et très central. Il y avait aussi un film en plein projette le soir dehors!

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre sombre qui donnait sur une minuscule courre, TRÈS bruyante

Pros:

Beautiful building, cost and comfortable rooms, great location walking distance from Jonker Street. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Cons:

Breakfast was over-subscribed and a little chaotic. The only disappointing part of the stay. There was nowhere to sit. The coffee machine put on a front, chugged, gurgled and took its sweet time to dispense, and when it made its mind up, it gave you half a cup of a very small cup of coffee as the queue to coffee extended behind you.

Cons:

Restaurant mal situé, trop de passage des voyageurs qui pour quitté l’hôtel passe dans le restaurant / salle du petit déjeuner pour sortir. Trop de passage, trop de gens, pas d’hygiène. Beaucoup de bruit.
Problème au niveau de l’accès à la chambre avec les valises (monter des marches pas de personnel pour nous aider).
Problème également d’insonorisation, chambre donnant sur la rue, beaucoup beaucoup de passage et énormément de bruit. On entendais également les gens dans le couloir qui parlaient et qui fermait leur porte. Impossible de dormir.
La chambre n’avait également pas de rideaux (vitraux donnant sur la rue avec lumière qui éclairait dehors la nuit) donc luminosité dans la chambre la nuit.
Problème avec la Clim elle ne s’éteint pas et s’allume toutes les 15 min.
Pas d’intimité dans la salle de bain , espace entre porte salle de bain et mur.
Grosse odeur d’humidité dans les couloirs.
Manque d’équipement (tables et chaises) chambre suite junior pour 3 personnes uniquement 1 bureau et 1 chaise.
Pas de piscine juste une pataugeoire.

Ask for a room facing the back
Pros:

Location was perfect , walking distance to most core spots

Cons:

Our room was facing the main road (in front of hotel entrance) so any bikes or cars revving at night will be SUPER LOUD. unfortunately that happens every 10mins to no fault of the hotel. It was a struggle to sleep.

Great location, not the best value for money
Pros:

Excellent location to walk to the main city attractions and the night markets.

Cons:

The room was basic, they didn't supply washers or hand towels, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room as we were in full sun and a window in the bathroom had a dodgy lock so it banged. We had a stairwell at the entrance to our room and staff would use this door and it banged each time. The breakfast was ordinary, with many foods not replenished and the omelette and scrambled eggs were raw!!

EXCELLENT STAY TAKING YOU BACK INTO THE LOCAL CULTURE
Pros:

- The room were excellent, clean and comfy.
- The decor in the room and around the hotel was perfect to match the mood of the town and area.
- Close proximity to Jonkers street (which has a great night market) plus the historical sites of Malacca centre
- Great Baba restaurants nearby

Cons:

- Did not have breakfast there but as I passed through the coffee house was not impressed with the spread of food

Geweldig hotel in het centrum
Pros:

Geweldig mooi hotel vlakbij Jonkerstreet. Zeer mooi ingericht en zeer mooie kamers. Goede bedden en fijne regendouche.

Cons:

Ontbijt is ruim, maar focus op Chinees. Voor ons westerlingen op de vroege ochtend iets minder en qua keuze zeer beperkt.

辦理入住時，櫃檯人員親切的說明也提早讓我們入住。早餐環境很舒適且菜色多樣。晚上一樓還有鋼琴家即興演奏。房間整體來說非常乾淨又舒服。一樓外面有小溜滑梯可以讓孩子玩。
Pros:

地點在老城區及假日夜市附近非常方便；飯店內部公共空間充滿娘惹風格，讓人非常融入馬來文化。

Cons:

房間空間稍微擁擠一點。
