Excellent Location at the Hear of Ueno Tokyo
Pros:

What I liked the most is the location. It is right next to Ueno Park and Ueno station. The communication with the property was really efficient in order to do your self check-in.

Cons:

I don't know if it affects all rooms, but the one I got was on the ground floor and at night you could hear and feel (a little bit) music that came from what I think was a night club. I put some earplugs and I was actually fine. If you are sensitive with noise, you might need to consider that.

Pros:

Great location close to train, metro, and Ueno central station restaurants, shopping areas, and tourist attractions, the call center or admin really helpful and fast response.

Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

It was not clean, especially the showers. Check the google reviews before booking this place. I didn't check and didn't realize how dirty it was. They forgot to bring towels to one of the rooms I booked. There was no microwave in the building.

Good for one/two nights stay especially for its location, not recommended for longer stay
Pros:

Right next to train station when heading to/from Narita airport
Cheaper price

Cons:

No receptionist, everyone can get inside the building
Garbage around the staircase, lift was older
Very small room and bed
Clean, but the shower was with some mold - not surprising as the ventilation in the bathroom is not working properly, even after whole night and half day there was still water on the ground
Not able to leave luggage before check in time inside, as there is no luggage room/secured room
