Pros:

Dealt with the fridge issue where the light kept flickering and broken phone, pretty quickly. Nice room and clean and tidy, apart from some carpet marks. I would definitely book again.

Cons:

Room service menu was lacking, perhaps more traditional dishes. Also breakfast time was abit short.

Bel hôtel, parking avec accés direct aux chambres, petite piscine agréable.

Hôtel trés propre, dans l'ensemble trés correct. Petite piscine sympa. Personnel agréable. Late check out 16h apprécié

Cons:

Au niveau du restaurant et terrasse es tables ne sont pas débarassées et parfois pas nettoyées.
Le canapé lit pour des enfants de 10 ans et plus est trés petit dans les suites pour 4. Le lit double en 140 est petit également pour 2 adultes. La chambre donnait sur le boulevard principal, trés mauvaise insonorisation au niveau de la fenêtre

it took over an hour to check in an over an hour to check out.

Apart from that, there was a whole confusion with receipts and rooms, and we were made to pay twice for the tourist tax, once at the beginning and once at the end.
