The beach on your doorstep and restaurants galore
Fair enough it was windy but hanging signs were a bit noisy I stayed the rooms above them 1st floor
Location is great. Rooms are a generous size and are clean and tidy.
Kitchenette has no cutlery or plates etc or a microwave like some other kitchenettes. Not a deal breaker but it's nice to know in advance for people thinking the kitchenette may be useful for prepping some food.
Good location it was across the road from the beach
The location is glorious. The bar has a magnificent view. The restaurant is good, lovely food, very nice staff, great view. Building old but rooms spacious and clean. Free parking very close. Ocean view from the rooms. Reasonably priced.
The lift is a bit rickety and the swipe cards are aging
The location is excellent, you can see and hear the beach from your room. The room was huge.
The furniture is very outdated, but functional, the room needs a coat of paint and some new carpet.

Facilities are old. Lift always smell of cigarette smoke. Restaurant and a bar next door always noisy till late night.

Old smelly
Nice to be so close to the beach. But that’s the end of amazing. The hotel is basic.
Dated, so dated. I can’t express this enough. It looks, smells and shows old and used.
The view
The smell, the noise, the shower, the carpet, the price...
The location was close to where we needed to be. The staff were friendly and professional.
The building has aged somewhat and it is showing in the decor, the water damaged carpet in the hallway, the rickettery old OTIS elevator, the weathered window cills and room furniture.
The walls were paper thin, you could hear and feel every bump, bang and conversation.
The owners should consider a knock down and rebuild.
