I recommend for the perfect location next to subway and clean lunes
Pros:

Very good location. Place is very clean.

Cons:

Rather small for 3 people once you open the extra bed/sofa. Okay for one night or two. We stayed for 5 night, so we could have used more Space.

Pros:

The location in Shinjuku was great, very close to Okubo station.
Contact with the owner/host was also excellent / quick and effective.

Cons:

It’s nothing extraordinary to be honest (we stayed in better places in Japan) but a correct small flat. It looks a bit old, furniture and equipment looked like they were not thought much through. There was no tea/water for us, no manuals on how to use the washing machine etc, no small lamp near bed - small details but they make you live better

Pros:

The location was amazing; we were at Okubu station which is one stop away from Shinjuku which is a main subway station that can take you anywhere you want to go.
The place was clean and quiet and the host was very accommodating. It was close to local markets, restaurants, and pharmacies.
All the amenities were there including dish liquid and laundry detergent which were quite helpful.
I would definitely recommend it.

Ottimo alloggio situato vicino a tutto l'occorrente.
Pros:

Posizione davvero ottimale, vicina a due linee di metropolitana, ad una lavanderia H24 e dei 7-Eleven/FamilyMart.

Cons:

Bagno un po' piccolo ma in ogni caso con tutto l'essenziale.

Pros:

Great location and price. Quiet neighborhood but right near necessary train stations.

Cons:

The shower room took a while to dry out after use, but that might just be a thing about Japanese bathrooms.

Room was too small. I requested 2 beds and only got one bed. One person had to sleep on the couch that was very small. Wifi didn't work.

Pros:

La studio était conforme à nos attentes et le lit très confortable. Après plus de deux semaines de voyage en sac à dos nous étions contents de notre logement. Le gérant est très gentil car nous nous sommes trompés d'un jour dans notre réservation et il nous a trouvé très rapidement une solution.

Pros:

Sitio correcto, habitación no muy pequeña con un sillón donde abrir 2 maletas, sin armarios ni estantes para guardar nada. Pequeña cocina y lavadora (te dejan detergente allí) y balcón para tender.
La ubicación es tranquila, cerca de Shinjuku y con un párking de bicis y patinetes públicos justo debajo. Con estaciones de metro a 10 y 15 min caminando.

Cons:

No hay ascensor, escaleras empinadas y estrechas para subir con maletas grandes.
