A truly excellent experience at the Avian Court Hotel. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and cooperative, with a special mention to the reception team who welcomed us so warmly. The service was excellent and prompt, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious dishes for those seeking great food. We ordered a cake, and it was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here

Pros:

Location is excellent, not away from from the town's tranquility.

Gutes Hotel an sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Preis/Leistung ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war gut. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Bett ist hart und Kissen zu weich, das wars dann auch schon ;)

Beautiful hotel
Large room, perfectly clean
Great pool and equipment
Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Slow service at the restaurant. Best to go for the buffet, when available
Very poor soundproofing of the door of the rooms : gap of nearly 1cm at the bottom, you can hear everything in the corridor

Pros:

How could they put a mirror at the bedside?
How dare can the receptionist accuse us of a missing face towels worth 200 kenyan shillings when we've spent over 15k kenyan shillings for a night, they must be very crazy .

Cons:

I didn't like how the receptionist spoke to us about some missing face towel of which we even don't know if at all it was in the room.they are out of their minds.
