El hotel es hermoso, las habiaciones muy cómodas, muy limpias y en buen estado.
Pros:

La vista del volcán, aunque sólo se mostró como por 2 horas ya que estaba bastante nublado, fue inmejorable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, super recomendado para ir a descansar, cerca del centro de la Fortuna (aproximadamente 13 minutos). Hay un bosque dentro de la propiedad del hotel con senderos que valen la pena recorrer, justo en las faldas del volcán.

Cons:

La atención del recepcionista no fue la mejor, no fue pésima, pero creo que puede tratar de ayudar más con las preguntas y sugerencias que se le solicitan. Aunque dan el desayuno, es importante resaltar que no hay restaurante que ofrezca almuerzo o cena, por lo que hay que salir a comprar o pedir delivery.

Enjoyable stay overall with pleasant staff and nice accommodations.
Pros:

Good location for our activities. Away from town but not too far. Quiet and very nice grounds. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The villa we stayed in had a separate entrance and getting in and out esp in the dark was challenging. They need a marker for the entrance esp for nighttime. Also the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable- need a better option for a third bed.
