Poor and interrupted
Pros:

Good food if not a little basic.

Cons:

Two times I have stayed and both times the fire alarm has gone off and woken me, with the same excuse used. “Hair dryer used to close the detector”. Why have a detector above a mirror in the room.

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very clean, cosy & spacious rooms. Staff was lovely & accommodating. Convenient location to explore the area & North Wales. Free parking. Great to have a restaurant on site.
We stayed with our elderly disabled parents - the accessible room was excellent

Comfy beds & clean rooms.
Pros:

The room was clean and I liked the wet room style shower. The bed was very comfortable. I like the hanging space for our clothes and coats. We liked that we were able to sit in the dining area late at night to catch up with other family members who were staying there too. The staff were accommodating and put us in rooms next to each other this was helpful and allowed us to help each other get ready for the wedding the next day and look after each others kids.

Cons:

There was very little space on the dresser because the TV took up too much space and should be put up on wall instead.

we would definitely stay there again, enroute home.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. All clean and in good condition. An excellent buffet breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt a little as if the kitchen smells were there.
