Disappointing, not worth the money paid.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, warm and helpful.

Cons:

Awful rooms, toilet smelt of urine despite supposedly cleaned, very bad! No phone in room as stated there was on description. No floor/bath mat, no tissues in room, very dated rooms.

My stay was enjoyable.
Pros:

I made a request ahead regarding room choice of location and it was promptly dealt with. Room was clean, and breakfast was nice. That breakfast time extended till 10am gave me more time in bed in the morning which was quite nice since I really didn’t want to get up quite early.

Cons:

I couldn’t fault anything.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly, and the food was lovely. Comfortable beds, great place for a half way stop over on our way to North Wales

A clean and comfortable hotel for an overnight stay in the Crewe area.
Pros:

I found the location of the property fairly convenient for me, the room was clean and comfortable and I also enjoyed the dining facilities in the restaurant.

Cons:

I had no problems at all with this hotel.

Would stay again
Pros:

Very well presented from the entrance & throughout, the room was spotless and comfy

Cons:

Couldn't find any faults but I did think the room was a little basic in comparison to a premier Inn
